I can’t speak highly enough about Water Features Pros. I had spent months running back and forth to and from every garden center in town, I’d spent hours doing research on YouTube and even more time perusing online websites.I stumbled upon Water Features Pros purely by accident, and I’m incredibly happy that I did. George was helpful and added real value right from our first call. After over a year of research, my brain was packed full of disorganized questions and assumptions. George patiently answered my questions, and enlightened me on several fountain ownership considerations I hadn’t come across in my research.I can honestly say that after speaking with George, I felt confident that I was making a good investment. George’s team did a wonderful job of communicating proactively with me through the entire process. From the moment I ordered my fountain, to the day it arrived, I was always in the know.There was a small part missing from the lighting feature I ordered (manufacturer’s error, not Water Features pros). I updated George, and they got a replacement to me within days.Really outstanding service, and a beautiful fountain that gets compliments from neighbors and guests alike?

5Stars, success begins with a dedicated crew of support people And knowledgeable employees and this company has great support and great care. I’ve known several of their employees for a few years and purchase things and I love their statues. Their customer care and rapport is 100% perfect in my world.

We first bought 1 waterfall to give it a try and a year later we bought 2 more waterfalls for the pool. We love them, very easy to transport and install. The sound of walling water it’s so relaxing and it gives the pool a whole different vibe and look, especially during the night with lighting

We ordered our fountain from WFP a few months ago. They delivered as promised to my home over 3 hours away from Sarasota and have been a great service resource after the sale. They even recently replied to my text on a Sunday! I highly recommend WFP for your fountain needs

We have had our waterfall for a year now and absolutely love it. the people at Water Feature Pros are very helpful and delivery was great. Very easy to set up. The waterfall just makes our pool even better. I highly recommend Water Feature Pros and Highly recommend you get yourself a waterfall. You will not regret it!!!

Great people to work with from the initial contact to final delivery. We got the perfect fountain for our space with all the help and attention we could ever ask for. Do yourself a favor and give Water Feature Pros a call.

Very poor customer service to the point of rudeness on the part of George. Their local installer, Raymond, was totally nonresponsive, did not return texts or calls, when a problem arose. This was well over a month. Raymond was dealing with family illness one week per George, I understand, but deserve at least response to my inquiries, not an insulting chewing out from George. Looking at other complaints, anticipate George will say I was not a customer or the problem was on my end. I would not take the time to write this review if I could excuse their way out of this, but no, they are just bad news when something goes wrong.

Worst customer service experience I've had in a long time...deserves a 0 or even a negative rating.I ordered a feature that was supposed to have a color band, and it came in plain.Instead of me being a jerk, I just let them send me the paint to paint it myself vs sending it back.As a customer I really shouldn't be doing my own painting, but I was trying to be nice.After one month the pump failed.All that I had expected was a refund of the new pump price as I had to pay for it myself (along with additional money that I had to pay for install which I didn't ask them to pay).The owner was condescending and rude about being accountable for a pump that was sent by his company that failed within one month.Communication with this company constantly dropped, and I found myself trying to over and over again to get help.I have NEVER in my life been spoken to as I had by the owner George.He puts blame and all the onus on you as the customer.Good luck if something goes wrong with your feature!

George and team done superb job from start to finish on the purchase of my fountain. They was up front about the 8 week expected delivery date from the manufacturer and I was pleasantly surprised when I received it a few days early.
