Spaprkling Kleen was awesome to work with from the beginning to the end! They were great in communication with the buildertrend application and always returned phone calls. Their staff always showed up on time and did a good job cleaning up afterwards. I highly recommend this company for pool resurfacing and deck upgrades!

I had a problem with my pool light. When I called to inquire what could be done I was assisted by Ryan. He immediately looked up my contract and found that the repair would be covered under warranty and got back with me later that afternoon to tell me how it would be repaired at no cost to me.

We had an incredible experience with Sparkling Kleen for our pool installation. Darrin, Daniel, and Sara did an amazing job—every detail was handled with care and precision. Mike, the owner, even stopped by to check on the progress, which really showed their commitment to customer satisfaction. The whole team was great at communicating, very knowledgeable, and the pricing was affordable. We are extremely pleased to have selected Sparkling Kleen for our pool and lanai project!! Darrin and Daniel were responsive and thorough and easy to work with. Their communication both with steps in the project as they occurred and resolving any concerns/questions was always handled very promptly. Due to the uniqueness of our lot, we had some space/layout challenges. The design team came up with a great layout that maximized our space. Sparking Kleen installed our pool in 2017 and did an excellent job. In 2024, we asked that a spa be added to the pool, which required considerable reconfiguration of the plumbing and an upgrade to currently available virtual programming. This presented a considerable challenge, both from the point of view of construction and design, but we ended up with the product that we hoped to receive and are very pleased with the result.

Top notch company from start of re-surfacing project to the end - Shannon helping us pick out the tile/styles/colors - to Kyle and the installation team - showed up when they said they would and did outstanding work - to Spencer at the end of the project to make sure we knew how to care for our new pool. Expectations set and promises kept. Highly recommend this company.

My experience was excellent! From the beginning with our salesperson Sarah who was professional, helpful and understanding of our lack of knowledge in pool design, she helped us with all material choices. Our project team, Daniel and Darrin, went above and beyond to help us through the building process and considering it was our "first pool" they guided us along the way with great attention to detail and explanation. The Buildertrend App was amazing. And their subcontractor teams were timely, efficient and professional. I couldn't be more satisfied with the complete experience and our beautiful pool!! And my doggie is enjoying as much as we are!!

Great installation by team (Neon & Terry!) of a new Pentair Variable speed 3HP Pump + Filter to replace an old Frankenstein motor that had seized up. And Spencer did an awesome job troubleshooting the connection to non-Pentair automation system, setting up the pump wi-fi access on my phone and explaining features/proper function of the spa. I was grateful for the professionalism of all three!

The service I received from Sparkling pool and Spa, exceeded my expectation. The ladies in the office were absolutely wonderful, friendly and, helpful. The repair person <Spencer> conducted the renovation in my presence in a very competent and professional manner explaining the entire process to me.
I'm very satisfied with the entire experience.
