I highly recommend this store. They were so accommodating. I wasn't sure of what I wanted for a paddle. On three separate occasions, I took a different paddle to try. I narrowed down my choice to the elongated Selkirk Air Control Luxx Invikta. They did not have a new one available because they had just sold the last one. When their order came in, they shipped one to me in Maine. They were very speedy mailing it out. I am so happy with my purchase. Being on the shorter side, the elongated paddle has helped me reach the things that I previously could not. Even though you are worth the drive, I just wish that you would consider a Bradenton location.

Pickleball Sarasota is the place to go if you want great service and great equipment at a good price. They were recommended to me by someone that I play PB with each Wednesday...I walked in one morning a couple of weeks ago and started talking with Dave about my limited experience and playing style, I've only been playing for 2 months. In about 2 minutes time he suggested a paddle that would not only help my game, but also keep me from spending more than what I needed to considering my lack of experience. We went over everything including grip size and paddle weight. The next day I happened to call the store with a question about it and learned that the same paddle that Dave had recommended to me was available for demo use. I jumped at the chance to demo the paddle over that coming weekend and picked it up an hour later. I felt the difference in my game immediately while playing that weekend versus my cheap Amazon paddle and ordered myself the paddle on Monday.Having that opportunity to "Try before you buy" is golden!!!I'm very happy with my purchase!!! FYI: Wild Monkeys is the brand. The service received from everyone at the Pickleball Sarasota store was awesome, and I will definitely be back again someday to upgrade whenever that time comes.Until then, I will surely recommend Pickleball Sarasota to everyone.

As a novice pickleball family we were looking for honest and helpful advice for equipment. While located kind of out of the way Pickleball Sarasota fulfilled our needs.Joe was extremely helpful and knowledgeable taking his time with us and learning our needs before offering his advice. He didn’t steer us into higher end paddles (and they have some) but more towards ones that beginners can easily use and would work as our skill levels increased.He offered an immediate discount and also offers discounts for military and first responders noting their service and commitment to the community.As our skill levels advance we look forward to visiting again and seeing what advice and equipment he offers to match our new form of play.

I highly recommend this store. My wife and I both purchased paddles here after receiving recommendations based on our playing style, strength and grip sizes. I purchased the Prodrive Ghost and it improved the speed of my shots immensely, my wife bought a Carbon 2x that she loves. You cannot beat the service, price and the friendly staff.

We have been going here for about a month and love the service. My wife and I have both purchased paddles here. I recently bought the Prodrive Ghost and my wife the Carbon 2x paddles. We were advised on the difference between paddles and which would suit our playing styles best. I checked the price on Amazon for the Ghost and it was 10% less at the store. Given the free advice, the ability to check out a paddle to test for two days and the friendly service, I highly recommend this store.
