I just had the best experience with On-Time Pool Service! I found them through their amazing reviews, and they truly lived up to the hype. James was super friendly and helpful when I reached out to them online, and he even called me to make sure all my questions were answered. He totally understood my busy schedule and was happy to communicate with me via text, which was a huge help.
What really blew me away was that they went out of their way to provide same-day service right before Labor Day. James made sure everything was crystal clear by sending me a follow-up email with all the details.
When Ken came to service my pool, he went above and beyond by sharing some great tips for a newbie pool owner like me. He spent a lot of time making sure our pool was sparkling clean and even showed me how to work the pool pump timer.
I can't recommend On-Time Pool Service enough. They made a fantastic first impression, and I'm really looking forward to their weekly service. Shout out to James and Ken for being awesome!

We absolutely love On-Time Pool!! Our technician is amazing!!! He makes sure our pool looks beautiful before he leaves. And the office staff is always there to answer any questions or concerns I have. They're great at communicating if situations come up and schedules need to change. I always recommend On-Time Pool Service when asked who to use. Thanks for keeping our pool beautiful!!!

I’ve been really impressed with on time pool service. They had already been taking care of our pool when we bought our new house so we decided to continue with their services and see how they did and I’m so glad we did. Elliot is a real nice guy and does a very thorough job. Another nice thing about them is they are a full service pool company so they can repair any issues with our equipment as well. There are cheaper options in Sarasota for pool service but not nearly as thorough, you definitely get what you pay for.

On-Time Pool Service is absolutely the BEST pool service in town! Before using On-Time, our pool service was inconsistent and our pool suffered the effects. Now, with the exceptional pool service that we get each week from Jon the technician, our pool has never been better. Jason is proactive with any issues that arise and Nicole communicates those issues clearly and immediately. I highly recommend this professional company for all of your pool needs.

Dustin is fantastic! He always makes sure that the pool is crystal clear and will inform me if any issues. Our dog Bentley waits for him each Friday, it is so great to see them greet each other. Again always a perfect pool and genuine effort to make it that way!
