Attempted to donate used in good condition sectional and power leather recliner. Delivery rep took terrible photos and sent to manager "Louis" to judge if they could sell or not. "Louis" passed-- pathetic process, those that are making $ decisions should be looking closer at items if they are truly in the business of making $ to help others. We will find another way to give for a good cause. Wasted our time and wasted trip by your delivery crew. Very poor business practice.

I won't recommend
donations here I had a very bad experience. The guy was rude and wouldn't take anything I had to donate.

Gilbert and Andrew were so respectful. They were able to pickup a lot of items and they were fast on removing furniture. I hope they come back to pick up the rest of items, the truck was full!
