My siblings and I wanted to resurface our parents’ pool table as a Christmas gift. I was helped by Elissa in the Sarasota store and she was very professional and kind. She educated me in all our options and helped me choose the correct felt. She suggested a gift certificate for the amount of the felt and offered to personalize it, wrap it, and hand deliver it to our house on the same day. She did such a beautiful job, and was even thoughtful enough to include two bags of chocolate in the gift bag! The gift was perfect and I’m very thankful for the time she spent on personalizing it. Because of her, they now will have a repeat customer in the future.

Had the best experience buying a pool table here. Elissa and Dillion were great. They were so knowledgeable and accommodated our quick delivery time frame. We already have a hot tub but they were great answering my questions as well. Fixed an issue we were having. Highly recommend these guys to fill that game room and lanai!!!

Fantastic experience!!! Dillon helped me find a hot nice quality hot tub that fit my budget and worked to get it installed quickly. The installation crew was fantastic as well. Dillon and Robertson's exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend them to anyone!!!

The gentleman was very friendly and nice. He did not come off as very salesmanish. He was straight forward and honest. They have saltwater chlorine and freshwater chlorine systems for sale. The selection was plenty and the service was good. I recommend that anyone interested in a hot tub visit this place.

What an amazing team, Dillon our sales person was not only very knowledgeable about the spas he sells, he hands down 1 of the nicest salesman I have ever dealt with. The delivery team was on time , worked diligently to place it perfectly for us & we're also excellent...Highly recommend !!!!

If you are looking for a quality product with excellent customer service you have found the right place. Dillon is fantastic! He helped us select the perfect spa to fit our needs and then provided step by step instructions on delivery and set up. He even came to our home to help us with the initial chemicals and overview of the main control panel. Dillon has quickly responded to any of our questions and concerns. We are very happy with our spa and working with Dillon and this store.

Expect nothing but sheer perfection from Dillon at Robertson Billard’s.
