George took his time to help me analyze my foot arches. He found me the correct insole for better arch support. He was kind and knowledgable. Highly recommend this store.

We brought our bike in for service. All of the staff we have encountered in our few visits have been SO incredibly kind, helpful and accommodating. We aren’t very knowledgeable about bikes and the all guys who have dealt with us have been so generous with their time and energy, making sure that our bike was running perfectly. Thanks F2R! You guys are great!

An unfortunate experience. We came to the runner's superstore for guidance on shoes and ended up googling whatever we wanted to know because the staff couldn't be bothered to help. I had to walk up to the counter twice to interrupt staff conversation to have shoes retrieved from the back. We were also told multiple times, "sorry I'm busy trying to put things away" when we arrived an hour and fifteen minutes before close. I wish this had been an experience like we receive at home but as folks from out of town this was poor at best. If you want guidance on shoes and running apparel I would go elsewhere to find staff that actually cares about the experience you get.

Horrendous customer service. I sent back a pair of shoes to be exchanged on 12/12 and still have not received the exchange. When I called customer service they gave me a vague answer that when they receive the tracking info from the warehouse they will let me know. I still have not received word as of 1/5. Avoid this place for online sales.

Got my feet fitted by Susie and she is fantastic! Her personality and professionalism made the experience fun and enjoyable. She also has great knowledge of each shoe and what matches what the customer is looking for. Highly recommend asking for her when going to this location.

10/10 will not recommend. Had to ask for help. Staff was extremely rude, unprofessional, and standing around on their phones . Store was extremely dirty and messy. 100% not going back

I missed treated in this store by James. I asked for a shoe in my size and was told they don’t have them in store I have to go online and purchase them. As I was leaving I seen another customer trying on a pair. I asked a different sales representative for my size in the shoe I was just told they didn’t have and he brought it out for me. When I asked James why he told me they didn’t have it he said he wasn’t going to argue with me he checked and he didn’t see that shoe. I still purchased the shoe but I will not be returning to this store again unfortunately.

Helpful staffer. Patient. Brought about 6 pairs to try on. Some Hitech measuring devices. Expensive though.

Dropped by this store today to grab some socks! Jared helped out my mom and I and was super nice and informative. Definitely would recommend this store to anyone visiting the area! The staff is great and they have a wide array of running/workout clothes that aren't found at other places.

My name is Karha and I went into the downtown Sarasota location today at 5:00 PM looking forward to purchasing 2 pairs of running shoes. I had my husband and dog with me as well. When we arrived at the location we were not acknowledged or offered assistance. I looked for a store associate (giving the benefit of the doubt the associate might be busy) and found him at the register with his back turned to me. I said excuse me sir, no response. Had to repeat myself by yelling to get the associate to turn around and notice I was in the store. He had to take one of his two air buds out to hear me. I asked if I could have my feet scanned to make sure I was going to purchase the correct pairs of shoes and orthotics. I was told the scanner was broken and the associate turned his back to me. I went back to the women’s shoes and started looking at the shoes. I had to walk back up to the counter again and ask the associate if I could please try on some shoes. He responded “ bring me up the shoes you want.” I realized I was bother to the associate by the tone in his voice. I asked politely “could you please help me differentiate between the styles?” His response was a long sigh and being told I could look up the details online. I then grabbed two pairs of ASICS abruptly and asked to try them in 8.5 and 8. The associate returned with three boxes and placed them on the bench. He said there is only a 8.5 left in one of the shoes. He then Answered his cell phone and walked back to the register with his back turned. My husband was mortified with the poor customer service. Next I opened the three shoe boxes where two of them had the wrong style of shoe I asked to try on. My husband attempted to get the associates attention to fix his mistake but was without success. To make things worse my husband and I were the only customers in the store, and were given the poorest customer service. I finally excepted I was not going to be able to purchase shoes at this time due to being ignored.

I had recently bought a Retrospec 7-speed city bike online & brought it here to have it properly assembled. It was done on the same day I dropped it off, & A. Bennett was very kind to answer any questions I had about biking in general as well as providing me with a much more comfortable seat! The bike is now ready to go & I rode it all the way back home after the visit just because of how happy I was to finally be able to ride it! Highly reccomend this shop for any bike needs you may have, especially when buying online.

I only wish there were more stars to give. I'm in Ohio. I ordered a recumbent bicycle from one of Florida's residents; so a packing and shipping job was desperately needed. I spoke with Nick Killeen (Bradenton Manager) to discuss options I may have. The seller took the bike to the Sarasota store, where Nick and Brandon (bike side) took possession. They pieced together two boxes for the bike. When we discovered the length was too long , Brandon worked many extra hard. He properly secured and padded the body of the bike and a separate box for the wheels, for the journey. We appreciate the extra effort and would like to report all items were in perfect condition. My father lives just North of this store. So, we will definitely love to come in for some shoes!! Xoxo
