Working with Crown Trophy, specifically Troy, for our softball team's medals was an absolute delight. Not only did he provide exceptional engraving services, but their less-than-24-hour turnaround time truly exceeded my expectations. Troy pull off a miracle for my team!!!! The level of customer service we received was outstanding, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. When I went to pick up the medals, to my absolute shock, Troy did not charge me and donated to our team! I highly recommend Crown Trophy for anyone in need of quality trophies and excellent service. By far the most genorous and pleasurable small, locally owned business that I’ve be had the honor of working with, in as long as I can remember!! Thanks again, Troy!!!

Highly recommend! Heidi and Troy were amazing with my order. Extremely friendly, talented, and professional team. They were able to understand and execute everything I asked with an extremely quick turnaround time. Their showroom had so many options for me to look at and pick from at such great prices!

This place is the best! I called with a last minute situation needing a 24hr turn around and they delivered with excellence. Troy had such a wonderful, customer-first attitude and made me feel well taken care of. The designs on the wine glass and whiskey glass came out perfectly! I definitely recommend them for all your needs.

This is a great store! Highly recommended! The owner, Troy, and his wife are terrific people. Went in on a Friday to get a small plaque engraved, picked it up the next Tuesday (could have been ready on the Monday). Troy is so easy going and pleasant to work with. He’ll cater to any of your engraving and trophy needs.

I would highly recommend Crown Trophy. We had two small plaques we wanted engraved. We were able to do the ordering over the phone with Troy. We were sent images of our plaques to be approved before his wife, Heidi started the engraving. Our plaques were ready the next day. We went to pick up our plaques. Troy was so pleasant to speak with so friendly. We were very pleased with the workmanship on our plaques. They also have a very nice showroom with sports items and personal items that could be purchased and engraved. We highly recommend Crown Trophy if you ever need any items engraved.

I work at a local elementary school and we needed a last minute order of ribbons, like day of last minute because we misplaced them and Crown Trophy had them for us! I went there the same day to buy them and when I got there, I was greeted by the sweetest pup, Coda and his owner. They were just the best! So kind and generous! It was such a wonderful experience! Our school will definitely be doing business with them again! They turned a stressful situation into a an easy one! ❤️

I just can't say enough great things about Troy and Crown Trophy. I purchased a few last-minute unique holiday gifts (bookends) on Amazon for friends of mine and wanted to inscribe something special on each one. I called around Sarasota and couldn't find anyone to help me, especially with it being so close to the holidays. I then connected with Troy and he provided me with the perfect idea and solution. Not only did he get it done extremely fast and for a very reasonable price; and it looks amazing, but I realized that I messed up on a couple of them. Just days before Christmas, he somehow got it back into his queue before leaving for the holiday. Troy will have my business for many years to come!
