Went to this chase branch today , the guy that helped me was a joke. You could tell he is not happy with his job . Did not get his name but black guy with blond in his hair. Very rude and not helpful at all! Bank elsewhere!! And definitely don't work with this guy!!!!!!

Went back there again because this place is on my way home and needs to see CSR. Helena helped me. At least she is much nicer than the other two people.Original : 2 of the banker or CSR were rude. I only went there because I made online appointment and that’s the fastest one I could find. Luckily what I need is taken care of.

? They wouldn't let me deposit a small amount of cash into my attorney's account... said it could only be done by check. That's funny, because the branch on Cortex let me make a large cash deposit a little while back. Just another reason I don't bank with Chase ?♀️ Y'all are a mess.

I’ve been using this branch for over two years now and the ATMs are the worst ever. Every time I try to use the Drive up, I enter all my information and password then it says “transaction failed” and I have to go into the office and get it corrected. The ATM in the foyer is no better, frequently giving me messages saying “unable to complete the transaction at this time.” They say they have a network problem, but after two years, the problem has not gotten any better. I never have this problem at other Chase branches.

Terrible customer service! Instead of cancelling a transaction for someone who left their wallet in his car, we all had to wait in line for him to walk to his car around the corner and return. He walked didn’t even hurry. And this was the rude young guy who skipped the line so he could beat me to the teller When I complained they did nothing. Still made us wait. Worst experience ever!!!!

Very bad customer service. This is one of the worst branch ever! 2 of the banker or CSR were rude. They look down on people. I only went there because I made online appointment and that's the fastest one I could find. Luckily what I need is taken care of, of course opening account / deposit money. I agree with some other comment, maybe they need to change their carrier.

Terrible service. I am a longtime Chase customer and was refused notary services. While sitting in the employee’s cubicle, I also overheard another employee giving a couple a hard time about the valid forms of identification they had presented. Maybe it is time for some of these people to consider a change in careers.

Wow! What a terrible experience. Banked with Chase for many years and this location, Lockwood Ridge has always been horrible. I haven't been at this location for years. Out of convenience decided to give a try and to my surprise it's gotten worse. Rude CRS! I'll continue yo bank at the South Sarasota locations.
