Very knowledgeable staff! The gentleman at the paint booth is my kind of guy. I bought some stickers to hold something rather heavy. He recommended a double-sided tape, and I didn't listen. An hour later, after driving home and trying the velcrow, I returned the velcrow stickers and bought the double-sided tape. It worked great!

Awesome manager Justin he took care of me with an exchange a different one didn’t bother even try to have an exchange on the item. Justin the manager told me he’ll take care of and didn’t hesitate to help me out. Dude deserve a better pay grade. ??

I’ve always heard "Ace is the place with the helpful hardware folks," but that definitely wasn’t my experience today. I called Ace Hardware to check if they had a specific product I needed after visiting several other stores. A woman named Jessica answered the phone with a polite, “How may I help you?” so I explained what I was looking for. She asked someone else and confirmed they had the item, but when I inquired about a specific size, she seemed annoyed and said, "I'd have to go and look." I thanked her and waited patiently while she put me on hold.
After 12 minutes on hold, the system routed me back to Jessica, who answered as if it were a brand-new call. I reminded her that she was supposed to be checking the size for me, and she responded, “Yeah, we’re very busy. I’ll have to put you on hold again.” Frustrated, I told her not to bother—I could have already driven there in the time I’d been waiting. Her response? A simple, “Okay.”
The level of indifference and lack of customer service was shocking. If Jessica's role is cashiering, that’s fine, but she should not be handling customer inquiries over the phone. Her attitude and unhelpfulness were completely out of line with what I’ve come to expect from Ace.

Thay always seem to have the stuff I need in my specialty work hardware wise more expensive than big box but great customer service a warning not all Ace hardware stores are the same some have employees with real attitude problems
