The staff here are absolutely rude to anyone who lives on Sanibel and I don't know why they take happiness in making us wait and being rude to us,, just go your way thank you for mowing my lawn and die slow

Clerk at register said she had no change she just gave me 10dollars back for a 982 purchase I complained to her she gave me a dime and not the 8 pennies it’s not the pennies I worried about but you do that all day how much is someone making it should go the other way round down and let them take a loss

This place is a rip off. Constantly everything get charge over $1.00 more at the register than what the price signs say. Today 2liter coke sign $3.69 rings up $4.79. Sign for 2 for $3.33 on Powerade, rings up $3.69 each.Cooked food never priced and never checked for temperature or time.

Beware! This station requires all customers to go inside and prepay their gas purchase regardless of their method of payment. It says on the pump that you can use a credit card by pressing "clear" but I tried that and it didn't work. I went inside and stated that all I wanted to do was fill my tank and was asked the dollar amount I wanted them to charge. I stated that I could use a credit or debit card and would leave it with them until I had filled up but the answer was "no". I had no idea on the dollar amount to fill so I had to estimate on the low side since I wasn't willing to take the risk that if I overestimated that they would refund the overpayment. This left me with only about 3/4 of a tank. As my car only had 20 miles left in the range when I stopped at the station I really didn't want to risk whether I had enough fuel to get off Sanibel Island and find another station. Next time I'll risk it as I will never patronize this business again!I understand that due to an increase of people running off without paying for their gas; that stations have to demand that cash paying customers pay in advance but to demand advance payment on a credit or debit card is ridiculous! I also noticed that when I prepaid with my debit card their system had overwritten the need to enter a PIN number. As someone that has had their account hacked before I'm extremely upset that they ignored this important security feature.I'm a local Florida resident and have never encountered this policy before. I was on island to patronize local businesses trying to come back after Hurricane Ian but in this instance I wish them good luck and will make a point of telling everyone I know NOT to every stop at this business! If Yelp allowed zero stars: I would have chosen that rating as they don't deserve even 1 star!

This used to be a great place to stop and get coffee and a snack. It's under new management, the coffee beans are always out, there's no lids for the soda, there's no food on the grill. The lines are long and the employees are always on their cell phones.
