They are friendly but be careful when you buy a wig. I selected a wig on sale and she went behind the desk to get a bag for it. It took her a while and when I got home it wasn't the wig I selected. I couldn't bring it back because it was a sale item. Just make sure you check before they ring it up that it's the wig you selected. I know better next time.

I notice all the unfavorable reviews but I'm grateful my experience here was much more pleasant. The owner and the other lady who works in the wig section were very nice and patient with me. I'm waiting for my braid stylist to get back and needed coverage ASAP! Though tiny the store have a nice selection of wigs and its my favorite time of the year SALES!!° #FantasticSave?

Never shop here!! They take advantage of customers. Sold a defective wig right out of the package and blamed the purchaser saying it must be her fault. The customer did not want or request a refund, just an undamaged product. They kept claiming she must have cut the wig. The customer had her receipt in hand and they could see she just purchased it. Did not matter. They were very rude, and dismissive. They don't care about you. Go Somewhere Else, please. They just want your money, and after they get it you mean nothing. They blamed Covid. Covid may be responsible for a lot of things but not faulty products, very poor regard for paying customers, rudeness, and not standing behind the items they sell. Stay away and spend your dollars somewhere that at least act like they care. Its clear what they think about their customers (you) so do yourself a favor and look elsewhere where at least they respect you.

The store may seem small but the owners really make the most of every inch available. It is very clean and easy to navigate. The selection of products is huge. They have everything needed to care for natural or processed hair as well as many, many, many options for wigs/weaves/sew-ins. The prices are great. I never feel like I could have gotten a better deal anywhere else after visiting.Most importantly though, the owners are the friendliest individuals possibly in all of Sanford. They remember you when you stop in and are just the nicest bunch of people. They treat everyone with kindness and dignity. I would not think of shopping anywhere else for my family's haircare supplies.

I’m always going to this hair supply store purchasing a large amount . And very disappointed when I had my receipt to exchange two items. And they said they didn’t sale it when I purchased the items there. Never again going there. I miss Ga hair supply stores

Got a nice drawstring ponytail from here. They have a good selection of products, earrings, hair accessories, and hair of course. Owners were friendly and welcoming.
