I went to the Happy Bays car wash and I paid CASH for the car wash. The screen didnt give the option to proceed into the bay. The machine also didnt give me my cash back, I ended up having to use my credit card to pay for the car wash. I have repeatedly called and sent text messages to the number listed on their website for customer service and have yet to get a response. Get your machines working properly to receive cash payments. I will not be returning to this car wash.

At 6:20 p.m. on July 20th I placed a $20.00 bill into the changer machine and no change was dispensed. Not one coin. I tried calling the number on the decal sticker that is displayed and the voice-mail is full. From reading the reviews after this machine has taken my $20 I can honestly say that this car wash is currently being fraudulently operated by someone who doesn't have any morals. I have placed orange tape over all the bill collecting slots and will be coming back every day here after to place orange tape on the bill collecting inserts until I'm rightfully reimbursed. Since the owner wants to collect money from the public knowing that the machines don't work and stealing from us all, you will be losing money from any other future victims of your fraudulent little scam! This is me documenting your equipment taking my money and me not being able to rightfully contact any employee or person's affiliated with this business. I've left a sms message at the number on the decal sticker and that will be my time stamp for when the authorities ask for it. I'll be reporting you to every branch of business I possibly can to prevent this this from happening to any other hard working people such as myself. To who ever owns this car wash..... F$%# YOU

Credit card payment process is very confusing, and payment terminal is impossible to read on a sunny day.

I bought a new car a couple months ago, and I'm still in that phase where I'm washing it once a week. Until yesterday, Happy Bays has been my go-to DIY car wash.
I went yesterday, put $7 in quarters into the machine, turned on the sprayer, and the water was barely a trickle—completely useless for washing a car. It looked to me like the sprayer nozzle was damaged.
So with that 7 bucks gone, I moved to the next bay, put in the remaining $4 I'd bought with me, turned on the water.....and same thing. It had a little more pressure this time around, but it still wasn't nearly adequate for a thorough wash and rinse in the time allotted. Again, it looked like a damaged sprayer nozzle.
I called the number they have posted, no answer. Called back several times more, no answer. Left a voicemail, then sent a text (this number does receive texts). As of now, a day later, I've received no response to my voicemail or my text.
Stuff malfunctions. I get that. But to ignore a customer who's lost money on your malfunctioning equipment is kind of where I draw the line and make a decision to take my business elsewhere. I'm sure the owners of Happy Bays show up regularly to empty the coin machines, but they seem to have little interest in the other stuff that comes with running a business.

Attempted to wash my car, a car pulled around the corner driving erratically and started firing shots. Do not go to this place at night time for your own safety.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HEREIf I could leave zero stars I would. I went through the touchless car wash and the water pressure ended up opening and breaking my fuel door. After multiple phone conversations with the owner, he refused to pay for or fix any of the damages. I now have to buy the part and then get it painted since it's a painted piece. It's a shame that Carter took zero responsibility and claims that it's not the car wash's fault. The vacuum machines take your money and the change machines don't give out the correct amount of change either. The owner and his son don't care about upkeeping the place or what happens to your vehicle.DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE.
