The CVS CEO salary is $21.6 million dollars annually, Yet, the CVS store located at 2200 34th Street N Saint Petersburg, Florida is filthy dirty. The pavement in front of the store is disgusting dirty and in desperate need of a PROFESSIONAL POWER WASHING. The concrete is literally black with filth. The carpets inside the store are an absolute disgrace with caked in filth. The carpet is literally black with filth. I do not want to Imagine the bacteria growing in the filthy dirty disgusting carpet inside your store. I do not even understand why you have carpet. I feel sorry for your workers who are required to inhale the bacteria from your dirty filthy carpet. I didn’t even want my sneakers to touch the floor. Your management team should be fired to allow such a filthy presentation for CVS. CVS CEO should be proud. America is already close to being third world and CVS sure proves we are closer than we know.. It’s all about money and greed. Just ask Joe Biden about money and greed. Plenty of staff behind the pharmacy counter, yet they looked at me, Ignored me until the pharmacist had to wait on me. Lack of supervision. I will definitely be taking my business to Walgreens.

Unwilling to accept good RX through the drive thru. Very rude and unhelpful.

Another experience - just Ugh.
Update : this time the team couldn't find our filled prescription. So they told us it wasn't there and sent us home. Then we had the doctor's office call.... and it magically appeared. So we went back - to no apology. Instead the tech who couldn't be bothered to find the prescription in the first place 'disappeared' and the other, particularly unpleasant one, looked over her shoulder and told us she'd be with us when she was finished. No smile. No apology. No eye contact. All while the boss looked on. Nice, right?
CVS is mandated by our insurance. We chose this location because of proximity and hours. We've had two experiences at the pharmacy. The first was completely underwhelming. Zero urgency, zero engagement... did not inform the med office that they were out of the item - we found out when we went for pickup and so had to start the process, and the wait, again at a different location. One would think a company is large as CVS could have called and started that process for us. Last night we chose them again because of convenient hours. This morning we had no issues. The pharmacy opened on time-ish, with the team checking in right at 8:00 and ready to work at about 8:05. Our prescription was ready and the team member processed us quickly. Whoever was working prior to open and rolled up the gates wasn't at all friendly, (no hello/good morning) but we were looking for a prescription filled accurately and on time, not a Disney experience, so...

7-year review: I moved to St. Pete 7 years ago and always used CVS, so I moved my scripts here. During that time, they have shortened their hours and, cut down on staff, closed the second drive through, turned off their phones (voicemail only), and shortened the days they will fill a prescription early. They supposedly went under new management 6 months ago. I was told the manager is available tomorrow 8 a.m.-10 p.m. if CVS is making people work 14-hour shifts, employees should unionize. More likely, the guy on the phone is a liar and I'll switch my prescriptions somewhere else.

I would like a lady in the pharmacy her name is Hanna should be recognized. She gave me some advice about my meds and how they may effect me. Since I have followed her advice I'm feeling much better. I hope this young lady does well in life.
Thank you Hanna!!!!

The cause is CVS greedy corporate for closing stores and making this tiny store available for all. Shame.
BUT they continually mess up prescriptions. Today my prescription was for 360 pills… they gave me 120. They cannot get the Ozempic coupons to work. Last month getting metformin left with stool softener. Really? The good employees from 34street south seem to have left. Unfortunately for us consumers is that Walgreens is worse.
Give us a decent pharmacy not corporate greed.

Wish i could rate this a zero. It’s really the fault of CVS corporate greed by closing other stores and cramming us all into one location. When they transferred the store they completely messed up all the scripts. It’s a run around every time I go with incomplete scripts and bad information.

This location used to be on top of things and had their stuff together. However lately it just seems like they are either not trained over worked or under paid. I usually have to follow up multiple times to get prescriptions filled and a lot of times they don’t seem to know what they’re doing. It’s either entered in wrong or you are waiting hours to have it filled. How long does it take to count pills? I was told my prescription would be ready today- still waiting!

Straight ridiculous doesn’t make any sense that all the pharmacy employees Here always have these nasty attitudes and rudeness toward people, and they lie, and the management is just as bad. The regular CVS staff are beyond lovely, but everyone on the pharmacy staff needs to be fired. The guy at the window is rude and highly unprofessional, just like the rest of the staff. All those females have these bad attitudes. Every time someone comes there they are being smart at the mouth, being rude to the elderly, and talking to them like they are slow and stupid. It is ridiculous. I am a young man, and I’m writing this, either CVS itself needs to do something about this or I will , a shame that all the bad ratings and consistent accurate complaints about the same pharmacy and it’s just being allowed . This is the last straw to mark my words. They are all going to regret their actions and unprofessional attitudes as a business and establishment . It is unacceptable.

The people who work in the drive thru at the pharmacy clearly lack all forms of customer service. Someone needs to put these people in a warehouse and have them sorting pills cause they have no common decency, only care for themselves & lack knowledge of basic respect. I’ve never had this issue until (2024) whoever is leading these morons need to throw in the towel cause they’re failing the company. Just wow. Unprofessional, and under qualified.
