On Friday June, 16 I hit a curb with my car, a 2019 Acura MDX. The tire came off and I did mechanical damage to the rim, suspension and more. On Monday June, 19 my car was towed to Crown Collision, part of the Crown Automotive Group for repairs. I specifically asked if the car should be towed to the Crown Acura Dealer instead. I was told the collision shop would take care of it. Crown Collision has now had my car for almost a month, 25 days to be exact and they have still not given me a diagnosis of the problem. I have called repeatedly and the customer service representative has been kind enough to return my calls basically saying soon. The "soon" is not to repair the car but to tell me what is damaged and how much it costs to be repaired.I have left messages with the Manager of the Collision Shop as well as the President of Crown Automotive Group, Jim Myers. None of those calls have been returned. Meanwhile with the insurance it is costing me over $50 a day to rent a car from Enterprise. My expectation is that someone from the Crown Automotive Group will read this compliant and take some kind of action.

Mike Kelly is amazing and I cannot thank him enough! He was quick to help me out when I pulled in when my rear window randomly shattered. It was close to closing time and without hesitation and with no appointment he helped vacuum my car and get me back on the road fast! He was so kind and just thankful that nobody was hurt. With this type of customer service this is a place I would trust for service. Top notch!

My salesperson was beyond excellent; however, the deal was almost lost when I HAD to meet with the sales manager, Anthony Coleman. Prior to purchasing a vehicle, I had already gotten preapproval from my local credit union. While I assume it's his job to sale as much as possible in order to earn extra revenue for the dealership, I found Anthony to be quite rude and overbearing. Had I not wanted that specific vehicle so badly, I would have walked away from the deal. Anthony had also told me that my credit union would need to wire the money. Otherwise, it might take a while for the car to be released. I was fine with that as I have a second vehicle. Well, as soon as my bank overnighted the cashier's check (no wiring of funds), Anthony received the package and congratulated me on being a new car owner. Had he been honest up front, I could have made plans to come pick up the car as I was available that weekend. Instead, his lie cost me an additional $600 to have the car shipped to me. I've owned several cars. This was, by far, the worst interaction I've had with any sales manager!

We are very happy we chose Crown Honda. Everyone was so kind and made the whole process very smooth. Tia Harr is absolutely lovely to work with, 10/10 recommend asking for her. Jonathan was also so helpful and kind to us. Athena in finance was also wonderful. And of course we love our new Odyssey!! Thank you to all the team members of Crown Honda that made buying a new car easy!

For the second time now I had to deal with u guys ,now in the form of a customer coming to my place of business talking down about my place ,well how about u built 1 affordable vehicle 2 something that will last and not break down constantly and everytime we work on these over designed hunk of junks they break and there no stuff to replace .

Awesome dealership. We bought a truck and traded in GMC Acadia and got a Buick Encore lease in less than 2 1/2 hours. Spencer our salesman was helpful, knowledgeable and made our 3 transactions very easy. Great communication as well. Our truck bed wasn’t cleaned properly in our used truck transaction, but they made it right so we could get it cleaned ourselves. Check them . You won’t be disappointed!!! Highly recommended and stress free !

100% recommend this dealership! We found a vehicle online, called the sales department and spoke with Chris. So glad we did. He set up an appointment for us to test drive the next day. From start to finish this was a great experience! We drove away very happy Crown customers!
