Rude employees who wouldn’t help! We have a new build and everyone in our community has been going here to get touch up paint and they’ve given their address to look up the paint used. It’s common practice, this dude doesn’t want to even attempt and wants me to bring a piece of the drywall. Are we really in 2024?

It's truly SAD THAT THEY HAVE ADDED SILICA Crystaline TO THERE PAINT AS IF ALL THE LEAD PAINT THAT KILLED MILLIONS WASNT ENOUGH NOW THERE BACK AT IT THIS TIME WITH A GUARANTEED DEATH SENTENCE. SILICOSIS ALL BECAUSE THEY WANT TO STRETCH THERE PAINT FARTHER

The staff is really nice and knowledgeable however be aware that you will be charged a 4% "Supply Chain Charge", that's on top of the high price you pay for the paint, brushes, etc. Lowes, Home Depot, Ace Hardware all sell high quality paint and supplies without adding a 4% "Supply Chain Charge".

Alright I like this Sherwin-Williams paint store a lot ( i come to this location because it’s close to my house) and I never have bad experiences except for Monday January 3rd and I was looking at the paint samples and some bone head offering me red even though I kept asking for green he kept say would you like red this is the most annoying experience ever since 2020 I feel like this Sherwin-Williams location can do better
