Recently went to drop off during business hours on a Wednesday, items were left outside the doors near the drive thru drop off. Called today (Saturday) to just confirm if anyone is even there and no answer, no voicemail. Anyone got any idea what is going on at this location?

Hours on door state 10a-6p on Sundays, nobody available at the location or on the phone at 2:08p on Sunday 12/3 for drop offs. If the hours have changed, they should update their signage.

I was surprised to see the large selection of golf clubs, but this review will explain the reason! Their prices are ridiculously inflated, for example, a McGregor men's iron set was priced at $60, another off brand set (7 iron was missing) was $50. Even though it had a red tag (40%) off the prices were $36 and $30 respectively. The golf drivers were marked $20 vs $5 in other locations! Most other thrift stores sell individual irons for $2 each vs $8 or $10. It became apparent the reason for the nice selection of golf clubs!!! An old heavy Kirby vacuum cleaner was priced $50 vs $25 or $30 in other discount stores. An eight ft. surf rod with a BROKEN handle was $50, yes (fifty), the rod was worth maybe $25, but the reel WORTHLESS! I believe this Goodwill has forgotten HOW they receive these items and over value some of them. I support helping their efforts in the community, but not when they try and overcharge the customer, I tell the world via social media about my experience. Shop elsewhere you will find less expensive prices!

They have a good selection of electronics. I got couple of stereo receivers and they were awesome. However, they also sell out pretty fast so I find myself coming here often.

I just tried to drop off items at this location during regular business hours, however, the front door was locked. I always use the front door when I donate, versus the "side door" or pull up option as it's easier to get to. Today though, I had to knock several times and family a girl slowly made her way to the door. I proceeded to walk back to my car to retrieve more items and when I returned, my items were inside and the door was locked again. She came to get the bike, which I leaned against one of the doors. As I was making my way back to my car, she yelled at me to not block the door. I asked her to keep the doors unlock during business hours as I would've happily dropped them off inside as I do every time. I donate atleast one a month at this location and have never experienced this.

I was so excited to go to this Goodwill because Its so close to me. I walk in everything is very clean i even licked the floor and there was nothing on my tongue! Very impressive! I went to the bathroom to take a massive shit because i had Taco Bell before hand . anyways I was walking around the store and noticed something in the glass case that i wanted to see so i asked the cashier nicely to see something in the case ( a bigger lady with very pretty hair but she stinks ) and she continuously ignored me when there was no customers she was just sitting on her phone . anyways after that i continued shopping and i have noticed the prices have skyrocketed when the items are donated . I get that you have to make money when to keep the store in business but this is a multimillion dollar company. Then i decided to try on my clothes i had in my cart and so i went to the dressing room and the dressing rooms were a disaster im talking clothes everywhere shoes everywhere and even items like pots and pans were in there. Then i decided to go to the kids section to get some clothes for my grandkids and NOTHING is organized over there many infant clothes in the kids section and pants with the shirts etc . after that i was pissed and thought i should go look for a new pair of jeans but boy was i WRONG!! so many mens jeans in the woman's jeans and vice versa. Last but not least when i go to check out the line was all the way to the last row of the women's shirt and there was one cashier. the cashier said that she called for register backup many times and no one picked up . Very dissapointed.

Prices are going up. But I still find great items lower than retail. I never leave empty handed.

Oh, Goodwill...I wish I could like this location. I'm not sure if it's the rising prices, junky broken craft aisle, or less than pleasant staff that turns me off...or the multiple times you've charged me adult prices for children's clothing...I'm just resigned to avoid the hassle unless I'm in deep need of a thrifting fix.
