I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Jose, an exceptional eye doctor who not only conducted thorough and precise eye exams but also went above and beyond when I experienced a corneal abrasion. Dr. Jose’s expertise and compassionate care made the entire process seamless and reassuring. I highly recommend their services for anyone seeking top-notch eye care.

Went in to check it out. Associate welcomed us asked if we were just looking and never one time got up from the desk! The person th eye were with seemed to be a vendor and not a patient and never once checked in to see how we were doing

I am so pleased to be a patient and customer at Safety Harbor Optical. Dr. Hall remembered me from the prior year and is excellent at what she does. The staff is fantastic, too. Everyone is incredibly friendly and I always feel welcomed. I love feeling and being treated this way in this beautiful small town.

Dr. Santos was excellent. Very thorough and informative. Took the time to explain everything and answer my questions.Same for Geno the optician. Was so helpful in choosing frames and options, especially since my prescription is such a high power. Best optician I've ever dealt with.Very satisfied.

I had a couple concerns when I came in for my annual eye exam. Dr Hall addressed these concerns well and answered all my questions, including some I didn't know to ask. I left feeling a lot better about the future of my vision!

Couldn't be happier with this office. From arrival to ordering, it was smooth and efficient. Dr. Hollander spent time on the exam and reviewing my results. Also found out my previous script was wrong which caused some issues when using them. Karen and Geno was fantastic as well! So glad I found Safety Harbor Optical. Highly recommend them!

i had gone to Dr. Hollander for many years and have always been pleased. I hated to see him retire. Thought I would try an eye exam with the new doctors. Was not happy at all with the exam with Dr Santos. Appt delayed due to equipment malfunction; a bit condescending. When I said i could not see what he had with the left eye, he did nothing. I did not do any reading for the bifocal add. I had to go out of town, so did not get new lenses put in my glasses. I have got a cheaper pair while out of town and the bifocal is not right at all. I will now have to get another exam elsewhere. I miss do miss Dr Hollander. Bifocal from Dr Santos +2.75. Corrected by another vision practice only +2.00. My glasses with the Santos script that cost $200+ a waste of money

I was on vacation in Safety Harbor in March 2021. I broke my glasses. As a cornea patient, they are very important. Rhonda quickly assessed the situation and found me a suitable frame that would accept my lenses and had me on my way in 30 minutes. Thank you !!!!!! I can't thank you enough !!

My entire family has been seeing Dr. Hollander for 13 yrs. I recently made an appointment for my annual exam. Was told the associate would see me. Dyring my exam I'm told Dr. Hollander has retired and has sold his practice. Come to find out not only was he not in my network but he's not even listed as a participant on the Humana Vision website. I've now paid for services and glasses that were not covered. I'm further saddened as the Dr. Had no regard to communicate with me and instead had his salesperson inform me nothing was to be done. At this time, I'm forced to shut up about it. Even worse my family and friends have to find a new practice. Dr. Hollander would have handled this differently . I miss him and now.must look for a new practice.

Great experience overall! The office is run very well. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The visit was handled in a very efficient manner. Dr. Hall was informative and kind. She really helped me to understand the tests being run and my options. I would highly recommend this office and Dr. Hall!

I recently experienced a large alarming eye floater which freaked me out since I’ve never had any eye issues before!...it was late in the day but I wanted to get this checked so I didn’t lay awake all night worrying...so only place I could think of was Safety Harbor Optical because I walk by it all the time and it’s close. I rushed over and luckily Dr Hall checked my eyes that day-very thorough check and explanation!..even images of the inside of my eye! I have returned for follow up checks and Im impressed with their friendliness, technology but mostly their diligence, knowledge and communication!....needless to say I take my eyes very seriously and they really provided great understandable info that relieved my stress!....I’m happy I ended up there and I strongly recommend them if your in need of eye care in the area.
