Terrible service at this location, unfriendly staff, have an appointment today January 12, 2024, for a 1pm appointment, walked into bank stand at customer service desk for 15 mins and no one asked me if I need help, not a word so I just left

While I’ve had positive experiences with the staff, the ATM ate my cash upon deposit. This resulted in needing to dispute the transaction and a delay to having funds in my account.Lesson learned - deposit cash with a teller. Do not use the ATM to make deposits - it is unreliable at best.

WORST customer service, I walked in to do a wire transfer before closing on a property and I was told I need to schedule an appointment or wait 2 hours in order for my wire to be done. I wonder if they make you schedule appointments to deposit money into your account now? PNC was all about customer service but now it's getting worse than Bank of America! My daughter explained to the Branch Manager that I had to do the wire at another branch even though I needed to head to my closing. Thanks PNC for not caring about your customers!!!!

The customer service I experienced today at this branch was pretty bad. I'm trying to exchange currency for an upcoming trip and was told it would be a week. The website says 24-48 hours. I asked multiple times for them to call someone and see what they can do to expedite it, but someone who claimed to be a manager said there was no one to call. Very displeased at the total lack of effort the customer service team put in

I have a business account and needed help with an issue. Paul Funk one of the senior agents helped us and reassured us about what would happen. Allowing my husband and I to have a MUCH BETTER day than expected. It is nice to be able during these hard times to at least rely on your banking partners. GO TEAM PAUL! KC

Applied for a refi and had a horrible experience with a loan officer that does not communicate and could not communicate withhis underwriting team to explain to them how K'1 income works. They calculated our income wrong and left us in a holding pattern for three months after telling us we were approved they then approved for a lower amount as they are unfamiliar with how self employment income work with K'1s... We are above qualified and they used income from only one year without being able to calcualate a K'1 and did not have a tax return for that year. Runnnnnnn you are wasting your time with an inexperienced and incompetent team. Im a realtor and never in 20 years has it taken 3 months to get financing and then a loan officer that cant communicate the errors in calculations with underwriting. Very unwilling to help or get to someone that could. First experience with PNC and a horrible one that is leaving to this review. Wellington, Fl
