“I went in yesterday as a sprint user looking to migrate to T-Mobile for better quality. My phone (an iPhone 8 Plus) had broken two chargers and I couldn't charge it, and was forced to get a new one. Abdul was great, he listened to my situation and helped me pick the right phone for me, the iPhone 13. He even helped my mom out and let her know that she could upgrade for a good price. I had to turn around and go back because of an iMessage issue. Basit helped me with that and did wonderful. Overall, I had a new phone, working and charging, with a great plan, in less than two hours. Could not recommend more!”

Purchasing the phone online is always your best bet, they have heavily discounted prices rotating regularly. If you have any problems the staff in store are more than willing to help but they're brick and mortar so they do need to get paid. Just be friendly and they'll be friendly back.”
