They had them here at L&W and they were so friendly and helpful from the the person who answered the phone to tell me they had it available to the checkout staff and even the loading of it in the vehicle A1 Top Notch. “First of all, I JUST ordered my new kitchen appliances today, they won't be delivered for 2 weeks so, I am holding off the 5th star until delivery BUT, I just HAD to share what a PLEASURE it was to do business with Rafael (salesman) and Keisha (floor supervisor). Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and just FELT GOOD to know that I am spending my money with such nice and caring people. Thank you so much both of you and Lowe's you are lucky to have them in your employ. I will be back for any and all future needs that this store sells and (at least for me) it's the PEOPLE who make the difference. I WOULD give this 5 stars right now but, I have to see how smoothly the delivery goes first BUT, Rafael and Keisha get a 6 out of 5.”
