This pharmacy is inept. Some of the employees are very direspectful and when they make mistakes they close ranks and blame the customer even when their errors are obvious. Their autofill system does not get your prescriptions filled on time and they take several days to call and let you know it is ready for pickup. Many times they never call and insist they did when you ask them why they did not call. If you prove they did not call by showing them your call log, they will start double talking and telling you how stupid you are. Raj needs to fix the autofill and notification system, hire better people and train them to be able to actually do their jobs and treat customers with respect. I pulled my prescriptions from them and will not do business with them again.

I’ve been going to Port St John Discount Pharmacy for all my sons, grandson and myself medicine for years now. Raj and his staff are super nice and friendly, they are fast to fill your medicine and if they don’t have it in stock they order it for you and it arrives quickly. They also offer delivery too! Highly recommend!

My family and I have been using this pharmacy for months and it’s the most reliable one we have found in the area. I call sometimes when I have questions about my cousins medication and heather has always been so helpful on the phone she explains things so thoroughly.This pharmacy is great.

I have used PSJ Discount pharmacy from the start of their Journey and They have always given me the best service but tonight they came through in a huge way and I am so Thankful. My daughter has cyclic vomiting and this afternoon she had an episode vomiting every 50 minutes. I brought her to the Dr. and they gave her zofrin along with a prescription. They are extremely unprofessional. I am a pediatric home care nurse. One of my patients is very complex with round the clock nursing and medications. My patient's mom tries to get his medication a couple days before running out. She has ALWAYS had issues with this pharmacy waiting until the last day to deliver his medications.
