“We were looking for new living room and family room furniture. We had our Saturday planned to hit 4 or 5 stores in Brevard County. My wife suggested we try the furniture store in Merritt Square Mall. I said I didn't know there was one in the mall. So, we stopped at that one first as it was on our way from Cocoa Beach to our other stores. Kim showed us several attractive sets and Scotty gave us some good pricing. But we had these plans to go to other stores, so we said thanks and spent the rest of the day looking at other stores that couldn't match the quality or the pricing that we were getting from Cloud 9.We went back at the end of the day and put our deposit down and are happy to say that we now have our perfect furniture in our house after the free delivery.The moral of this story is that if you want to enjoy your Saturday, you only need to go to one store, Cloud 9. ?”

“I just got the bed and for the first time in 3 years I woke up with no pain I talked to Patrick who was not only patient and kind and excited with my review tears are falling as I realized fractured bones in my back like I say first time in 3 years I woke up with no pain it was only God and you guys thank you so much Patrick McKenna and Michael love Ja'CatMcKenna enough never before have I entered a store with such honesty such caring such patience because I was on a small budget and had no real credit these people worked with me for 4 hours and because I have severe health problems they got me exactly and I wanted what I wanted at a great price in my budget with a monthly payment I know it was a blessing by God but you need to go to the store these people will do anything they can to keep you in your budget without pressure and to get you a good night's sleep thank you God for blessing me I called and their kindness on the phone made me get up out of my sick bed and go to them in Merritt Island and they ask me my budget and what I could afford monthly payments and never once did they ever try to get me to go any higher but they just didn't stop until they found somebody that would approve my credit of which I had. none. thank you God thank you Michael and thank you McKenna for blessing me caring and taking so many hours calling so many people till I walked out with the bed I needed before having a serious surgery. 4 hours so I had to buy them lunch best chicken wings ever. and believe me when I say when I went in there I didn't have the credit to buy a candy bar with a cosigner.
