Christine was so helpful, professional, honest, kind, and easy to talk to. She went out of her way to explain and answer all my questions politely, and was such a great help. This location is extremely better than what it use to be, back years ago, under different management and ownership. Incredible experience!!!

The facility is always neat and clean. The spot is excellent. The customer service is amazing and excellent. I usually deal with the property manager( Christine Augustine) of the Riviera Beach property; she’s pleasant and always willing to assist. I noticed it's a large property, and I'm disabled as well as other customers. Please place a golf cart on your property. By placing a golf cart, it would be easy for customers to see the storage rooms. The facility is far too large and must accommodate a transport cart. I have seen other storage companies with golf carts why doesn't this particular location have one? That is my only complaint.

It is good to see a place making improvements to the facility. However, I'm not pleased with the increasing monthly rate. Nothing has been adjusted since I started, and yet the rates have changed!! I might have to consider going elsewhere ?.

I'm very satisfied with this storage company. The facility is clean, the storage units are clean, and the property manager (her name is Christina) was very helpful and nice. I recommend this location to everybody. ???

Christine at the the Blue Heron office is a Gem! Not only is she beyond professional, but she is very knowledgeable about the units and facility. I have never met anyone in customer service that has made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. Christine is always smiling and friendly and made my move in and stay such a wonderful experience. I hope that Christine is around for years to come because she adds so much warmth and joy to SROA.
