Went to pickup IT WAS FULL OF RATS RATS POPPING
MISSING STUFF AND THEY CHANGED MY LOCK WITHOUT NOTICING ME
THE STORAGE CO DO NOT WANT ANYTHING TO DO WITH IT
DO NOT RENT THIS PLACE,,!!!!!!!!!!

Been a Gator State Storage,WPB, customer for over 10 years. Changed storage units over time to accommodate my needs, ie, kids move back home. Easy & affordable. Sandy in support is the best! Rent from GSS.

Everything is pretty easy if you’re okay with paying on their site. The latches for the locks aren’t very sturdy, but the doors to the halls are. Prices are fair. Staff are super chill and one call away. I’ve been using them for months and rates went up once, but still beats a few places.

Recently, I rented a storage space for my boat trailer. After I paid the administrative nonrefundable fee, and one months rent, before I could bring my trailer over,a friend of mine said that I could store my trailer at his place. I contacted Gator State Storage to see if I could get a prorated refund since I had not even brought my trailer over to the location yet. I understood that I would not get back the administrative fee, but I was hoping that I could get back some of the rent that I had pre-paid for. I contacted the manager who was very understanding and said that he would refund the money with no problem. I received the refund to my credit card today, and was very surprised to see the full amount refunded, In my opinion, this is how a business should be run. They were under no obligation to refund the first months rent to me. This is what I consider an upstanding business, and I wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future if the need arises and I would highly recommend them to anyone else looking for storage.

Amazing Experience!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! The entire process is done online (contactless) which is great due to the Pandemic. I love the easy access by simply texting "open" the gates open up and let you in. The facilities are clean, someone is always on the grounds cleaning and keeping watch. On top of all that they are very responsive in the event you have any questions or concerns.... I mean IMMEDIATE RESPONSE! 10 STARS

Every couple months the rate goes up, for those people who have storage on the 2nd level, the elevator is broken 80% of the time.
