One day I was doing my laundry and a customer was cursing out a worker and the manager didn't defend her worker at all she has a very bad attitude with her employee there and I really didn't want to give this raggedy place a single star as I'm waiting for my laundry to finish there was a huge rat running across the floor I will never do my laundry there again the machine stole $3 from me that place should be shut down how do you have raggedy non working machines and huge New York sewer ? ? ? rats running through the place that's very unsanitary shame on you people I took pictures

I don't know but I came here at 12am the guy git the door lock and asleep 02/01/2024 and here it is 2am kept knocking on the window to wake him up

Had a small issue with one of the machines. Made a call to their service line and Lulu showed up . Fixed the issue asap. We need more customer service in the area like this. Great place to get your laundry ?;

Base on my experience as a customer in Hamper lounge, it is a best and friendly place to do laundry. The employee and other customers are well respected and friendly. The machine is well operated and the hours and operation is a 24/7 service. It is never close. Thank you hamper lounge for your great service. Any one should give it try.

I go here 2x a month. Last time I was there, I went in to check on my laundry in the dryer. Someone took out my laundry and used up my minutes still on it!! Im pissed cause this person had 10 other unused dryers to use!! Never had this problem in the times Ive gone there
