Sandy is always amazing. DJ the installer did a great job and returned the car to me clean and the glass looked great. I’ve been using them for over 20 years.

The lady that answers the phone is rude and lazy. They literally deposited a check 2 months after it was written.... Because of my divorce I had to close that account since it was a joint account. The large arrogant white woman threatened to break my windshield. The technician was great but the lady that answers the phones and sets appointments is a red neck piece of garbage. Call someone else!!!

I had quite a good experience with them. The tech was able to come out same day, was very knowledgeable and friendly, and they did it for a better price than Safelite.

This company is amazing. They were much less expensive than all the other companies. They called before to confirm I was coming, and it went very splendid. Great conversation with the office lady while waiting. My new side window works perfectly. Thank you!!!

Auto Glass Now showed up on a list of insurance-approved vendors when I got a chip in my windshield that quickly turned into more than 12-inch long meandering crack. They were responsive and flexible in coming to my location, which was a good hour from their home base. The only hitch was that on the first attempt, the technician got all the way out to my car and discovered that the first replacement glass was itself cracked. At least he checked BEFORE removing mine!The second attempt went smoothly the next day. He was done before I even knew he was there, and I was happy with my brand new windshield. The car is a newer model, so the windshield had some technology built into it, but everything worked as it was supposed to. Five stars for their service, minus one for arriving with a damaged replacement part that likely could have been caught before they left the shop.

Outstanding work, especially given the fact that the installers of the replacement windshield noticed that it had a small crack in it as well. They got another one within a day and came back a second time to install it just before we had to leave town. They were friendly and very good at what they do. Recommend them highly.

Sandy and DJ were amazing when I was dealing with an accident and insurance. They were so helpful, kind and knowledgeable. I will be using Gator Glass in the future when I have a need.
