Everytime I go to this Walgreens they are rude. I had some questions about my dad's meds and the one that helped was annoyed and rude. And the other one w. as also rude. Horrible customer service

Absolutely amazing personal, friendly customer service from the time you pull up to the window in the drive-thru,they already know your name. They are the fastest at filling lifesaving prescriptions and immediately call you if they need further clarification and will find the resources if they are unable to fulfill a need. I am so thankful to have them as a part of my medical team, they are critical to a high needs patient with chronic respiratory needs.

Amazing customer service from the pharmacist Lori. She corrected my delivery order and i received my medication ASAP. There is a reason why I let them handle my medication. Good hours, good leadership, and great team.

I was given the wrong medication! I drove 10 miles round trip to pick it up. After I got home and realized their mistake I called the pharmacy AMANDA told me, not only did they not have the correct medication, I was responsible for bringing the wrong medication back even though it was their fault. That would be 20 miles round trip for their error! I don't think so!

Whatever pharmacy TECH that just “helped” me 10 minutes ago was the RUDEST person I have ever met. YES MY ID IS EXPIRED IM WAITING ON THE DMV!!!!! Remember “COVID” right???? I literally had the verification on me and she dismissed me immediately. Withheld my medication even though I could go into withdrawal. THANKS A LOT!!!!!!! I will be contacting the Florida Department of Health.

Everywhere, including their website, they encourage you to walk-in and get a flu shot. You come in, they have the medicine and they send you home stating their too busy, make an appointment. You sit in the car, make appt, go right back in, then they give you the shot. What! They need to be good to people, all people. No excuses.

I have to say I’ve been to many pharmacies over the last 20 years of my life, as I’ve moved around a lot for work. This particular Walgreens has to be my favorite. The pharmacists and staff go above and beyond to help their customers and even get to know them by name. Earlier this week, I came through the drive-through and was clearly in pain, as I had just had a major oral surgery. They filled my prescription on the spot. I can’t thank them enough for the personalize service.

I was just on the phone asking about a RX and the lady on the phone was so rude. She continued to say uhhh. uhh.. uhh.. as if she had no interest in my needs. I understand if you are busy but you should never tell someone you have to go b/c you have people starring at you. I asked about my RX and then asked a few quick questions about a vaccine b/c I was scheduling online. She told me she was too busy and said I have to go by. It was so rude. I don't know why I continue using them. I never get good service.

My daughter script was sent here and they stated that they were out of the med. I asked if I could pick up at another pharmacy since she is leaving town in the morning. They said they will see if they can get it delivered. Get a call at six saying it should be there soon and I will get a text when it is ready. Never got a text. called at 7:30…still not ready per the automated system. and then called at 8:30. Ready. I never received a text saying anything. I got there at

The staff here are always friendly and the Pharmacy is the best. They are always very helpful and refill my prescriptions quickly. They have also let me know when ever there is a savings or coupon for my prescriptions. One of the best pharmacy's in town.
