So grateful for the Dr's and staff at this clinic, they are attentive, professional, and consistently provide the best care possible. Dr Taggart is kind, and takes the time to ensure all our concerns are addressed. Amanda and Brianna were also very friendly and really aim to make the visit a pleasant experience.

Both of my pets, Beerus and Ragnar, have been seen here and have always received excellent care. They are patient with my nervous wreck of a German shepherd and he seems to have left the visit like he had a good experience. They are always transparent on the pricing which I appreciate. Highly recommend this clinic!

Doctors and Vet Techs are all kind, attentive and caring. My son William is naturally nervous at first always enjoys his experience and becomes quite the charmer. I have a VetCare Plan which greatly helps manage costs year-round and they make scheduling as convenient as possible.

Had cat not eating or hydrating. Brandon Lake diagnosed problem on FIRST visit. Found all assistants very caring and knowledgeable. As far as I am concerned, Dr. Heppner is a superb veterinarian. I am so thankful that they were able to help my 11 year old cat. Am still astounded that other vets missed her problem. Quite a learning experience.

Folks my dog just had surgery at Brandon Lakes Animal by Dr. Haire. She is quite the expert and a very caring person. We are awaiting lab results to determine whether cancerous. Just a few months ago my dog poked his eye with a bush branch. She worked on him quite some time and brought his vision back. My wife and I are very grateful ? ? to Dr. Haire for her caring and never giving up. Suzanne and Jim Bishop

Brandon Lakes is a very clean and friendly place. It never smells like animals and the staff always greet you when you come in. My Teddy just loves Dr. Hepner and doesn’t want to see any other vet. I would recommend this animal hospital to anyone who likes a clean, quiet atmosphere, with friendly staff.

Excellent staff. It's clean and cute. They treat our animals very well. Prices are average. Mainly, they give us peace of mind. Our animals are getting great care and the staff is genuinely concerned about their wellness.

This facility was recommended to me by my husband. He went to them before we met with his dog who has now passed away. I have now been going to them for the last 2 years. I have two dogs, a pit and a corgi. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I absolutely love this vet. Every person on staff is so inviting, welcoming, and pleasant. The nurses are so nice and calm and take their time with my pit who is very nervous. Dr. Hair is so sweet and knowledgeable. They all make me feel like family. Their app is easy to use and well designed. They also use texting to contact you and for you to ask questions. Which I find very convenient. I’d give them 10 stars out of 5 if I could.

They always provide excellent care in a very clean office. My dog loves Dr. Hepner and every vet tech he met. They have very accommodating hours and I have never had a long wait time.
