Eric is truly my hero!!! My laptop screen cracked and I was freaking out to say the least!! Looked up this place and decided to take a chance!! So glad I did!! Eric was extremely helpful, professional and compassionate about my situation!! He was able to quickly fix my issue and my laptop works like new!! Definitely would recommend them!!

I cannot overstate my gratitude toward Alafia Computers for their skill and professionalism in assisting me with restoring my laptop's functionality and minimizing data loss. I could not get it to successfully start even after attempting to google/troubleshoot the errors myself, and Alafia Computers had the speediest turnaround time with both identifying the issue, advising me of the resolution, and then performing the install required. Throughout the process, they maintained excellent communication through text, totally accommodating my disdain of phone calls. I am so grateful for them as part of our community, and I will never go anywhere else with future computer needs. I'd highly recommend them to anyone.

Eric is a very savvy professional. I have an older all in one whose screen is failing unfortunately it cannot be saved after he tried tirelessly to find any available solution for me. The diagnostic fee was extremely reasonable and he didn’t try to upsell me parts for that computer. I will definitely bring any future PC I get to him should I need his services.
