“I was in desperate need of storage on a Saturday afternoon & I didn't realize how difficult it would be to find someone who would answer the phone, let alone rent me a storage unit.I called almost a dozen storage facilities before I got to Stockpiles in Ridge Manor. Not only did she answer, but I was able to rent a 10x20 online, pay, got a gate code, AND a FREE lock from them, to boot.The instructions for move-in & everything I needed to do was simple, fast, & clear. I was moving stuff in just a couple of hours from the time I talked spoke with her.I would defintely recommend them, because they were the ONLY ones that helped me out on my short notice. The have gated access that is available 6am -- 10pm (the gate must be on a timer, because I tried to get in at 10:02pm & couldn't...so don't be late! ya ain't gettin in, but it WILL let you *out* of the gate if you're a couple of minutes later emptying your stuff! LOL) All that was disclosed on our first phone conversation, though.Thank you!”
