Regardless of how close this is to my home, I wont be using them again. The male that works here is so rude I just can’t anymore with him, today was the 3rd time out of 3 interactions with him and his condescending rude attitude that pushed me over today. I have had pleasant experiences with everyone i have encountered here until this past year. I would rather drive to Port Charlotte to ship my things than have to deal with this person!

Literally dozens of people pop in or line up every day to transact business. Be it Amazon returns, shipping via UPS to family and friends, notarizing documents, creating and printing cool signs, spiral bound books, banners, or copying and faxing. Family owned and operated. They perform an incredibly valuable service to Punta Gorda residents, travelers and visitors alike. I’ve conservatively performed at least 25 transactions there. Always got the job done. To any naysayers (I saw one or two posts) happy to have you drive to the next nearest UPS store. These hardworking folks deserve only grateful and satisfied customers. Of which I am just one —— of many.

Visited this store twice in the past few weeks. The first time one person showed me how to use the new Amazon returns kiosk and had me do my returns myself. I appreciate the ability to do this if it’s busy but there was no one else in the store except the 4 employees so you’d think they’d do it since they are being paid to be there and I’m not. The second time it was general returns to non Amazon businesses and I requested printing services that’s if happily pay for, to which again they said I had to do it myself and directed me to the computer. The staff stood around talking about their Bitcoin and other personal business and were not helpful. After very vague answers to my questions, and no help, I chose to go to a different location where my needs were met and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Thank You! Alison made a big chore easy! Many documents copied and scanned to my email most efficiently! Now I can send them where they need to go as pdf attachments. Also--unexpectedly, they had a nice selection of greeting cards. I needed a birthday card and found a cute one that had puppy dogs on it. All Saturday morning errands completed in one fell swoop! Friendly, efficient service! I highly recommend!

I went there to ship out a package and I needed a lable printed. The young man refused to print a lable for me. I was having an issue with printing on my own with getting a code to print. I would of gladly paid for the service. I lost $56.00 refund from merchant. 05/25/23 5pm

I simply LOVE this location due to the owners, Alex, Allison, family and staff! I wish more local businesses had their etiquette, always kind and very helpful no matter how many customers they are attending to! I always tell anyone who listens how GREAT this business is because of the owners!Deby Scott

I think this UPS Store is great. The staff are friendly and helpful. I also appreciate that the exact SAME STAFF are there every time I go... they don't have a rotating door of rude and incompetent employees.For those that have a negative opinion of this store... try the store on Pine Island road in Cape Coral a few times. It might just change your mind.

Condescending and rude staff on 3/14. Suddenly they don't scan and print labels. These guys wanted me to enter my Amazon password into an unsecure public computer. Uh, no! Go to The Shipping Post.

Please do yourselves and PGI a favor and do not use the store for any UPS packages. They are a disgrace to the UPS name. I showed up today at 2:57 PM and they are suppose to close at 3:00 PM. I was standing at the door with my packages in my arms, and the owner and two employees were behind the counter. I knocked on the door, and they refused to look up. I continued to knock until the owner came to the door and said, "We are closed...quit knocking on the door." I held up my phone and showed him it said 2: 57pm. He closed the door and locked it, I continue to hold up the phone but he walked away. I rushed to get there. I needed to get this package out today, but they can't even respect the hours that they post for the public. If they want to leave at three, they should post their closing time as 2:45pm. I took this picture on my phone just to prove this happened. This is the time I left and the store still shouldn't have been closed. I have heard so many complaints about the store, and today I found out why. They don't care about customers and they should lose their franchise license! I also spoke to the post lady who was getting the mail outside their office during this whole debacle, and she told me they always close early so they can count the money and get everything done so they can leave at 3 PM. Again, that is not what their posted business hours say. If they want to be out of there by 3pm close earlier...let the public know you were going to do it by posting different hours!

Omg the manager of this store is spectacular! I shipped a diamond ring over to the Philippines to my girlfriend and the Philippine's custom department wanted my girlfriend to pay $2,700 in import fees! But the manager called the UPS Corporate office and they demanded that the Philippines custom department send the ring back to me. I highly recommend this store to anyone!!!!

This UPS Store location charges fees for Amazon Drop Off packages. Labels & envelopes for the return have to be prepaid before shipment. My package cost me just over $4.00 to ship back to Amazon. The store on Peachland doesn't charge these fees. I asked the heavier set gentleman and he said that each location is independently owned hence the fees. On top of that the whole transaction seemed very unpersonable.

Update: One of the packages they accepted to ship a week ago, has not been shipped out. Be careful shipping from this location, your package may never go out. Hopefully, they will find my package & actually give it to UPS.Everytime, I go in to ship Amazon returns, I experience rude employees. They make it very known that they don't want to accept them. They do because they have to, but not happily! I've never experienced this at other UPS stores & unfortunately it's the only store in my area. In the future I will drive to another store! Because of this, I will never use this store to ship anything!!

Everytime I go in to ship Amazon returns, I experience the same rude dude. They make it very known that they don't want to accept them. Refused to help me. Was a total d-head the whole time. Said he doesn't know why they have Amazon. They have to, but not happily! I've never experienced this at other UPS stores & unfortunately it's the only store in my area. Because of this, I will never use this store to ship anything!!

Went there to get some notary help. When he was done and we asked what we owed and he said nothing. Due to Hurricane Ian they were giving back to the customers and not charging. That was very nice! Thank You UPS!

Kudos to the wonderful employees of the UPS Store at Bal Harbor Plaza in Punta Gorda, Florida. While this area was absolutely devastated by Hurricane Ian, the UPS team were there to serve their customers needs with a smile. I went to the store in search of a public notary and was not let down. They were so friendly and professional and were able to help with exactly what was needed. During my time in the store, I witnessed every employee providing excellent customer service and going above and beyond to ensure they were helpful. THANK YOU to this great team!
