Waited almost 4 weeks after requesting a warranty claim for a broken window seal, only to find out that I have to submit my own claim to the manufacturer.

Slow unloading simi load of lumber. Checked in at 7am. Left around 830. Wasn't waiting for their trucks to get loaded. They were aready gone. Forklift operator friendly. But take a bundle and gone for a bit before returning for another bundle. Don't want to come back

Builders first source is a great part of any serious construction team. From lumber to windows and doors, the guys at BFS like Wayne, Dan, Pete and Tyson always make sure you’re taken care of. I highly recommend adding them to your top vendor list.

From a trucker's point of viewGot off loaded fairly fast but one of the people that worked there seemed to be a little put off that I showed up Like you might have to do something And be ready for some blindside backing and it's tight Don't try to go into the office door just walk in the overhead To see somebody Stay safe Keep on trucking

As a truck driver delivering there, getting unloaded was very slow, was there for 3 hours. Workers never got in a hurry, seen several standing around doing nothing and getting out of their facility is a joke, to compact to maneuver these big trucks.
