Had the monthly membership here and they over charged my account. When I called they said they were no longer doing family membership deals and just didn't tell anyone. My refund was "under review" for 2 months and instead of the 90 dollars I was supposed to be refunded they only refunded 30 so now I have to call again to dispute it. Check your accounts!

I didn't like it. It didn't go exactly the way I expected. Interior finish did not clean well.

Good spot to get a quick rinse. Alway in and out quickly and the staff are very helpful.

Took my rental here since they advertise free vacuums. *A few things to note:
- Vacuums are only free if you purchase a car wash. I purchased a basic wash for $10.
- They only accept credit/debut cards. NO CASH.
Hope that can save someone from any trouble.
Overall, the wash was good & vacuums decent.

got charged twice in one month for a membership that i never received a pass for; can’t cancel it on the website, can’t cancel it in person (as they don’t have access to the memberships), can’t cancel via email as the email address doesn’t work, customer service number hung up on me. $51 gone.

I used to love this car wash quick convenient something's happened I feel like it's been completely let go my daughter will not let me take her through that car wash anymore because the smell makes her sick come on guys

Went there after work and paid for the most expensive wash they had their and when I got up in the next morning and look at my truck the hood was still dirty then I took my truck to the 7-Eleven car wash and it looks clean and shiny will not ever go to wash and go I have my own shop back and air compressor!!!!

This place use to be great. One side of my car was filthy. Spoke to employee twice asked him if he could run it through again he said it’s not that bad might not be bad for him. He just doesn’t care or he is lazy but the $20 car wash that I paid for was horrible. my car is very clean to begin with. Use this car wash about adozen times a year when I don’t have the time to do it myself. Never again!!!!

Excellent service. Great team. John & Teresa was SUPER helpful and knowledgeable! It was my first time and they made me feel valued. Thank you Teresa & John. My kid left white air pods on my white seats and I vacuumed them up.
Teresa took the vacuum apart and eventually found them.
She went above and beyond and she was really cool about it.
Normally I don't do surveys but she needs recognition.
I never had an issue at this place, and they have everything available to dry off and clean the car thoroughly.
Great place and people!

Good spot. The automatic wash does a great job cleaning the tires and wheels which in my experience is rather rare. Prices are decent, microfiber towels for use, free air and vac, and car mate cleaner

Been going to this location for cash washes since it opened ca. 2007 and it's been pretty good.
Do note that the rotating buffing wheel at the end of the tunnel hardly does its job. It spins but does not make contact with my vehicle, thereby wasting one of the features of the Checkered Flag monthly membership.
Switching to Mister to be able to use the washes in Orlando.
