I recently had the pleasure of working with a new Verizon sales rep named Mohamed . Although he was still learning the ropes and accidentally set up the wrong plan for me, I was really impressed by how he handled the situation. Mohamed took full responsibility and quickly got to work fixing the mistake. He was eager to learn and asked questions to ensure he understood everything correctly. His dedication to providing excellent service, even as a newcomer, was commendable. I appreciate his efforts and feel confident recommending him to others. Great job, Mohamed !

Previously this was a 5 star review. When I signed up I was not going to sign up for the insurance. The sales agent explained that in just a months time they are switching to a multi device protection plan. Where "All of my device would be covered" I bought 3 devices 2 google phones and a google watch. Brought my daughters phone and my additional work phone over, because the insurance would "Cover them all" The agent even seemed to go out of his way to contact me when the months time had passed to make sure the "Multi device protection" would be there. Never heard back from him even after reaching out to him to see if the plan took. Assuming all was well I moved on with life. Unfortunately my work phone got a cracked screen. But hey $0 deductible for broken screens with Verizon multi device protection. So I started the insurance claim. This is where the frustration rose above all other frustration I've felt with on a provider insurance claim. Every Verizon representative told me my device was covered. Asurion the company that facilitates the plan kept stringing me along saying they had to "Enroll" the device and they'd get back to me in 24hrs. This went on over a month and a half of time. Finally after having Verizon contact Asurion 2 times and several phone calls back and forth to Asurion someone who was actually willing to look into the details and explained this is Verizons issue. Then back to Verizon. Representative seemed confused that Asurion was not willing to set up a claim. Then low and behold advised that my work phone and daughters phone are not covered as my "Multi device plan only covers 3 devices" I timed all of this over a 2 month period of time, I wasted over 4 days/evenings trying to get my device covered with no real explanation as to why. Never did anyone ever get back in touch with me. Total time spent trying to get this issue resolved has been clocked in at 15 hours 47 Minutes and 13 seconds. Taking my hourly rate I make at work this was over $500 of my time wasted. DO NOT CHOOSE VERIZON, DO NOT TAKE THEIR MULTI DEVICE PROTECTION, DO NOT TAKE THEIR INTERNET.It's all one big headache.
