Edited: I initially was upset, but spoke with the owner. I was unhappy with the size of the small shirts i ordered (they seemed medium or large to me once i saw them). Owner explained the small shirts are ordered to a third party and they embroider it later.

Every school year I have my kids jackets embroidered with their names. The uniform place usually did it, but they changed vendors. I called around to see if I can take it locally. Most places wanted a minimum and I only have 2. I went by just in case. They were fast and pleasant. next year they have my business.
