They started a repair project they could not complete (BSM system) and made the problem worse. They charged me 1 hour labor. Now I have to go somewhere else to get the problem resolved.
IN REPLY TO YOUR RESPONSE:
You should not start a job that you can't complete. The next repair shop will remove the rear bumper and do the same diagnotics and guess what...they'll charge me again for it. On top of that, when I came to you, I spefically described the problem, only the rear sensors was out of order, after you did what you did, not even the front sensors are working and I have all the warning lights on the dashboard blinking continuously which I didn't have before. In brief, the car had less issues before you worked on it.
And to be clear, you didn't refer me to any specific specialist, you just told me to bring the car to the dealer or a body shop who can do that.

I am so very happy with Busbin Automotive. They were fantastic on pricing. The appointment time was on schedule which has gotten rare these days. I used them for 2 repairs so far. They did an excellent job!!! They are honorable and kind.

Love Busbin Automotive in Port St Lucie! Cannot say enough good things about them. Never had a problem or thought the price was too high! It is so nice to know an auto mechanic shop who values their customers and takes pride in their work. Their prices are fair and always reasonable! Rich was incredible! Him and Buddy got me in so close to closing time. I’m from out of town and so I am on a time crunch. Rich even personally showed me what was wrong with my car and explained it all while Buddy spoke on the phone to my dad. I’m sooo thankful that my grandma and everyone in Spanish Lakes referred me to Busbin. Great, honest, knowledge people there. Little miss Daisy the pup is the cherry on top of a great experience!

Friendly, professional, no-nonsense, competent, prompt, no-pressure auto shop. You can arrange these in whatever order matters most to you. Bill, a very polite, professional, well seasoned technician, was working the office and answered the phone, so right off the bat you deal with someone who can immediately comprehend the nature for your visit. Richie was the boots on the ground who took the work order for my vehicle. He definitely had the proper equipment necessary for reading and programming my vehicle to play nice with a sensor that it falsely thought was on full blast. Basically what I'm saying is, these guys have the tools, & really know how to use them. The prices are more than fair. They were professional, polite with a good attitude. All anyone needs in this country, especially right now, is to get what they were willing to pay a fair price for. To get exactly that, with courtesy and finesse, was like stepping into a different era. Keep up the great work fellas! I'll be passing your cards along to all of my people who're looking for a reliable shop. And of course we will be back as well!
