Went to this bank to get $10,000 out of my personal account. Teller and manager wanted to know what I was going to do with "my money". I clearly stated that it was personal, but that wasn't sufficient nor a valid reason for them. Manager asked me to step aside and to go into her office. Later she kept insisting that she wanted to protect me. I asked if she wanted to protect me from myself? Manager even offer me a check so they could track my transaction. Again, I stated that she doesn't need to track my personal transactions, she can ask all what she wanted, but I don't have to answer and they have no right to question me. You all need to understand that you are the ones doing business with my money and not the other way around. i called to another branch, spoke to a manager and explain that it was personal. I ended up getting my money without having to explain myself and without any issues. I hope my experience does not go unnoticed and that CORP can provide feedback and training. Don't understand why this manager/teller/branch didn't give me the money, but another branch did.

This is the worse bank in port Saint lucie.. they only have 1 cashier.. and 7 people waiting in line.. talking about 40 minutes standing.. seniors old people with bad knees, the bank doesn't care bout it, I see lots of ladies that works for the bank and they all do is looking around.. no customer service.. very poor customer service here.

Today 05/31/23 . I went to the bank to get a cashier check. I was in a hurry because I had to make a payment to another company that same day . The teller and the manager refused to give me the cashier check . Even doh I had the money in my account. . I then withdraw the money and went to another teller in the same bank who give me the chashiers check . Thanks to Beverly. I got to pay my bill . That manger and teller needs to go back to school.

When I saw the massive 150-point drop in my credit score due to Bank of America's closure of my 14-year-old account, I was infuriated. Not only had I received no prior warning about potential problems with the account, but Bank of America's excuse of "returned payments" when the opposite was true simply added insult to injury. It goes without saying that this dramatic financial setback has been a huge burden on me, and yet here I stand with no recourse from a bank that prides itself on customer service. I demand that Bank of America reopen my credit card in order to undo the damage they have caused.

Bank of America is terrible and they do not protect your money. If you buy something using a credit card which should be the safest way to shop, and the item turns out to be a fraud/scam, they will not help you get your money back and will not refund you despite you being a customer for years and making them lots of money. Despite me providing evidence of the merchant lying about the product, they still did nothing. All conversations were recorded and documented. Bank of America, you guys are trash and thieves.

Worst experience of my life this bank constantly treats me and all of its customers like garbage between the online appointment making and all appointments being 2 weeks away from anything we need this is a joke they do nothing to help the people I’m a father of three that’s in desperate need of a temporary debit card and I’ve waited and hour and been told I’ll most likely be waiting another hour I have bills to pay but since I didn’t book an appointment a month in advance I don’t deserve Service it’s absolutely unacceptable nobody plans on losing their debit card and if they do they should be able to get a new one same day it’s absolutely disgraceful and the employees here couldn’t care less especially the manager they treat us customers as if they are superior to us and it’s disgusting I’m closing my account and want nothing to do with them

received a thank you letter for being a 44 year loyal customer (what a joke) over the years I have had business accounts and personal accounts. Just moved my business a account to a local bank. Reason: I need to speak to a floor person the wait was almost 2 hours. I was told to make an appointment, went online for appointment their was a 21 day wait to speak with a branch person.. That did it for me. Goodby BOAPS. It's not only the branch it is the overall corporate bank management.

Very unhappy with my experience at this bank. Went to get a auto loan and the people were not helpful at all. Went to a different bank that was much more helpful than they were.

Avoid this bank at all cost, I have had them for 13 years and have always had an account balance in the thousands, so I went to apply for the starter credit card they offered me, I didn't even ask for, they asked me. Then they act like it's all good and there is no way I'm not getting approved. Sure enough a few days later I get a letter in the mail saying I've been denied. Lol. What a joke, how do you not trust someone who has been banking with you for 13 years. Needless to say, I will be looking for a new bank.

Every time I visit there's 1 to 2 associates helping customers with an extremely long line. The drive through hasn't been open in months. Absolutely awful.

Im not sure if it's just this location or all locations but they have closed down the drive thur. Doing so is such a big inconvenience for me, especially today! I just needed to cash a check! I don't mind going inside but on days like today when it's a very bad thunderstorm out and I have my baby with me! Not helpful. I am very upset, we both got soaking wet just to go in and cash a check! I was literally inside the bank for less than 10 mins. I asked the teller why the drive thur was closed and her reply was they needed more help inside for customers! I was the only customer in there! And everytime I have been in there I'm also the only customer! I just think it's really ridiculous for you to close your drive thur!
