Charged me $35 for an estimate. Looks like I bought them lunch and more.
Their "estimate" was for unneeded auto parts for my car with very high prices noted. Maybe because I was alone and female? Naturally.
Got the repairs I actually needed at an honest and reputable car repair shop.

Bobby is so amazing, he's the reason I continue to go there. He's very professional,will explain to u anything u need to know, and he'll go out of his way to do what he can to help u out. thanks so much Bobby.... Joe at the front desk, is very rude, doesn't act like he even cares about the business. Like I said I go there for Bobby. So thanks a million Bobby.

Had my car towed to Ultima for an unexpected water pump replacement. Bobby called right away to discuss the repair, kept me updated on the progress. When calling to let me know it would take longer he was genuinely concerned about whether or not I’d have alternate transportation. It was supposed to be ready mid week the following week.I was pleasantly surprised when I received a call first thing Monday morning telling me it was ready. He went in and worked on it throughout the weekend! I’m so thankful! After having a mechanic in the family who has now retired, it’s hard to find another to trust…Bobby and John will now be our go to mechanics!

Car broke down. I left it in a parking lot. Got a ride to work and found Ultima online. They picked up my keys from my job, towed it in and got on it. Easy, quick, new clutch has me skirtin again.

I took my car to get the timing belt replaced and they beat another quote by about $400. The owner John is a very good person. He and Bobby are very trustworthy. I highly recommend them!

John and Bobby at Ultima Automotive were wonderful to do business with. They made me feel comfortable and explained everything to me without making me feel under any pressure at all to spend more than was necessary. The service was exemplary. I am new to the area and am very pleased to have met these gentlemen. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Upon having serious trust issues with anyone in the automotive repair industry, I was looking for someone I felt wouldn't rip me off too bad. I happened upon Ultima Auto Repair and with my guard up asked (Bobby) if they could diagnose the transmission issue I was having on my Ford Raptor. He asked what the issues were, i explained the symptoms and immediately grabbed his diagnostic scanner and my keys and headed out to my truck. He ran through the codes and told me what the problem most likely was and a rough estimate on cost. After a little while he called me and explained what the repair was and the repair cost. I agreed without hesitation as it was a lot cheaper than I had expected!! After the repairs were done NEXT DAY I handed over my credit card and the total cost was LESS than the quote!! I have officially found some I can trust with my family's vehicles!! Thank you so much for you honesty and integrity!!!! Phil

Best place ever. I drove over an hour because the mechanics in Zephyrhills refused to sell me a battery which I knew I needed. Bobby was the mechanic he is awesome and found the problem the battery. Tire choice in zephyrhills told me that my valve gasket was leaking. Bobby said no it wasn't. I'm so happy and relieved I went to ultima.very good service and smart and honest mechanic.
