I took my Car on a Saturday morning. The mechanic, Marcos seemed nice enough when I met him. He seemed to know what he was taking about regarding my transmission. I had previously gotten a transmission flush about 1 year ago as preventive maintenance. But he recommended another one when I told him that I had had a friend change my CV joints. He then told me to drive my car the next day everywhere while the transmission fluids lubricated the system. I did not get past 2 miles from my house when I almost got killed because my transmission was stalling, jumping, skipping in the middle of the road. I called him he just said to go home and that he’d call me in Monday to order a used transmission. He never called, I needed a new transmission. And if he knew his profesión he would not have done a transmission flush, and just should have said from the get go that I need a new one. I’m upset at the extra charge for no reason. So even though he seemed nice, I believe that he is not a transmission expert. Besides his equipment is old. Suitable for old cars not electrical systems! New cars are electrical and mechanical. I gave an extra $250. And I’m also out another $4200!!!

Their hours for interlock service are horrible. Also, the person who does interlock service will not go out of his way to help you if you get there late for your appointment. Do not recommend. F-But also avoid getting an interlock device, period. The device is a real pain, but having to drive 45 minutes to this place just to be told they won’t help you, makes it that much worse.

STAY AWAY!!! Took new perfect condition vehicle in to get interlock. The owner/mechanic could not get it installed and left me with a vehicle I had to have towed at my expense nearly 3 hrs later. The owner claimed he just did installations and did not own the place, only to find out he did. Says he has no insurance and assumes no liability. Would not even give me refund after paying him up front. Pushed me off on to Guardian Interlock to resolve the issue. I'm now in a rental waiting for the dealership to repair all the damage. (Over $1000 out of pocket expenses). This isn't over but YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!!

This is a great shop the guy a was dealing with name I belive was joe. Got a stuck bolt in my head out and machined the whole did a amazing job.one of the last few true machine shops left. Very honest quality work and they don't rip u off very very good pricing 10/10 recomened great shop
