I checked in on my phone around 6:35 (appointment Is at 7am) didn't not get a text until 6:58 when I get spammed with messages I walk into the waiting room. Sit there waiting for 40 mins finally I walk up to the front to ask if she called my name and gives me a super passive aggressive answer (yes I did like 10 15 times at a quarter to 7) I tried explaining I didn't get notification till 6:58 but she seemed to not care then she asked me for my paper work which I said I have it on my phone because I am doing a pre employment drug test, the lady then goes "so you didn't print it out like you were told to in the email" nowhere in any email from my employer did it say to print my registration number this lady was very rude and passive aggressive besides her the lab technician was extremely nice and friendly and explained every step to show she wasn't tampering with anything.

This location crowds so many people into a single room. They do not care about personal space and a lot of people show up sick. Sadly I caught whatever someone else has that was sneezing and coughing right before I start a new job. Thanks a lot Labcorp.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Young lady working the front desk was awful getting smart with customers. The first one who took my blood was amazing!! but failed to find the right amount then the awful lady at the front counter Came to take my blood and she basically stabbed me with the needle. Worst experience ? ever. And I'm scared ? of needles. But now have 3 track marks.

I checked in at the kiosk with no problem but I had a question about the orders bc I had papers from 1 doc and the other doc sent orders electronically. Casey, the receptionist wasn't on the phone but was sitting behind her computer monitor. I approached to ask her about it and she said loudly to wait, that she was in the middle of something. That's fine. I didn't mean to interrupt her. She continued to speak loudly as though I was hard of hearing. She used a normal voice when speaking to others, so I'm not sure why she felt like I wouldn't understand her.
I sat down and presently she called me up to discuss the orders. I sat down again to wait. The waiting room was full when I arrived, but I DID have an appointment, so I felt like it wouldn't be too long. However, 30 minutes later, I went back to reception. There was nobody there. The 2 other people waiting said, oh you'll be next bc they had come in after me. They didn't have appointments. Just as I was headed for the exit, the lady from the back came and called me. I explained to her that I was about to leave bc I had an appointment for which I showed up on time and checked in properly and had been waiting excessively long. She was apologetic and professional and soon finished her job.
I'm not saying don't make an appointment, but if Casey is at the desk, don't expect them to honor it. Good luck

Absolutely horrible I tried calling and they picked up the phone and hung up so I called 3 more times then they answer and put me on hold, was on hold for 30 mins till I decided to drive down and as soon as I walk in the door I hear the blonde lady say she's just gonna keep putting people on hold and listen to music, these people are rude and unprofessional how do they even have a job here

Awful customer service at the front desk. Horrible attitude with everyone. Talking about patients loudly. Huffing and puffing as if the patients are bothering her. It's absolutely unnecessary. I am a walk in patient and understand having to wait a little but I've been here an hour and a half and still have yet to be seen. Something should be done with the looks of these reviews. Hard to believe she is still doing the same thing even with all these bad reviews on her.

Unfortunately, a very bad experience, the reception staff is terrible, they have bad faces, they are rude, they are not friendly to customers, they make rude expressions with their faces, they do not make an effort to explain to people who do not speak English, people like that should not To work with the public, please look for other more loving and cheerful workers. However, the lady in the laboratory was very kind and patient.

Absolutely horrible experience. Their kiosk wasn't working properly, I was there before the cutoff of 230, the guy that came in after me was able to check in and got called. When I asked about it, the dirty blonde behind the counter was extremely rude. You guys ABSOLUTELY suck

Very bad treatment by the receptionists. Looking at people out of the corner of my eye, speaking quietly to each other at the same time they were serving me. It's not the first time I go to that place and the same thing happens to me. On another occasion I went to look for a collector and I was there for more than 20 minutes and no one came out to answer.

The blonde woman with the tattoos at the front desk was shockingly unprofessional. She was rude to every patient, even telling one of them that they had wasted her time. She would then talk badly about a patient once they walked away, loudly enough for everyone in the lobby to hear. Not to mention her use of profanity several times, despite the children in the room.
