Horrible cocky arrogant people sold us a used car and didn’t tell us the car leaked when we notified them the car leaked they didn’t respond. Car didn’t come with a spare tire or a jack. avoid this dealership. Edit- the dealership responded to my review telling us to contact them so we can work it out but they won’t take or return my phone calls. The salesmen wouldn’t stop calling me to sell us this car but when we called them about this issue they won’t take my calls or return my messages.

Big shout out to the exceptonal crew at Coast Mazda. Brandon who initially responded to my inquiry was prompt and very informative. Mark Spatola in finance was well organized and made the entire process quick and easy. Finally, Demetrios Mina our Sales Consultant is simply the best. From the time my wife and I walked in the door Demetriuos made us feel completely at ease. He sincerely was dedicated to finding us the best deal possible. Unlike previous car buying experiences I have had, which compared to having a root canal, Demetrious made the entire process enjoyable and fun. His energy is infectious. You sir are the G.O.A.T!! Today was my first time @ coast mazda service and I'll definitely be going back. Cristian Matias my advisor was very professional and courteous he took great care of me. The mechanic working on my vehicle was a female? I didn't get her name but she took care of my vehicle and it's definitely appreciated. Thank you!

My first experience buying at Coast Mazda, and it was great! Excellent team, from showing the CX-50 I acquired, accepting my trade in Mazda 3, to the best finance options, and even getting fix a small bent in lower back left side and small scratches on wheel cover area in record time! Kudos to Demetrius Mina, who helped me from beginning to end. Also, want to thanks Patrick, Juan, and Anthony for taking care of my needs. Everyone very friendly and professional. Christian in the Service department was amazing! He was kind and thorough, and kept me updated throughout the entire process of my cars repair.
