Husband had emergency dental surgery. Dr. called in med 1hr before we got to Walgreens. Pharmacy tech said "they must have sent it somewhere else. We can't find it. Also says it's too soon to fill it." If you can't see it, how can you see it's too soon to fill? Is once a decade too soon? The Dr office is very close so I go back & Dr calls them and says I sent it to "your location, not any other store." I go back to Walgreens, now they see the prescription, but "don't have enough pills to fill it, and if you only want the few pills we have you'll have to get a whole new prescription sent over." All this red tape over 10 pills?Wow. Getting pain meds filled for the 1st time in 10 years is enlightening. I don't like the way the pharmacist was giving me rude looks when I was polite & calm, yet confused. Husband was suffering and needed to get home. I've gone here for 20 years. Now I will make sure I go elsewhere. Also, please stop telemarketing me to fill meds we no longer take because you make big money from them.How ironic a place that sells liquor is worried a legit prescription is gonna be a problem and cause dependence? Hmm

Liquor clerk so rude!. My 16 daughter was in with me in order to avoid waiting outside. Parking lot was sketchy. Instead of informing me nicely as soon as I walked in. She rudely told me she can't sell to me because of minor and I can go to ABC!I spend thousands of dollars at Walgreens yearly and would appreciate to be treated with respect.

Good pharmacy quick service and friendly associates. Not that much of a variety for products. Would recommend for the pharmacy though.

Horrible customer service. Tried to send a package thru their fed-ex service. After waiting for someone to help I presented the associate w a code to scan, from an email u received from the company I’m sending the package to. It clearly states on this email to just show the code and the rest will be taken care of. This associate told me that I had to print out the label a package it myself, I tried to explain the instructions from the email states otherwise, he refused to help me. I then tried to explain I just sent a package yesterday and showed a code and the associate printed a label and my package. He again refused, saying I have to print the label and come back. This person just clearly did not want to do his job or try to be helpful!

I went to the pharmacy after going to centra care and was greeted with a smile from Ashley. She was so kind and professional to me. I really appreciated it since I wasn't feeling well.It turns out the centa care sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy. Vincent worked so hard to get the problem resolved. I'm so thankful for both of these employees. They deserve more than 5 stars for their professionalism and kindness.

Worst pharmacy in the area! The attitude of the staff is nothing short of miserable, angry and combative. Every day must be a bad day for these people. If your job sucks that bad you should quit.

Horrific and verbally abusive experience.After some confusion upon why two out of three of my prescriptions were transferred to another Walgreens from a different Walgreens pharmacy a pharmacy tech became extremely combative and actually started yelling at me over the phone instead of explaining the situation,- he continued to speak over me not listen to me or allow me to talk, and if I tried to talk, he would then yell or raise his voice, even louder, and continue to railroad over what I was saying… I told him he was becoming combative and making me uncomfortable, and that I was going to be hanging up the phone to which he panicked and asked me not to hang up, but I did anyways, I’m not going to tolerate verbal abuse from an employee at a corporation that I’m paying for prescriptions from. I called back and asked for a manager upon doing so I was informed there is no manager in the store (wonder why he was so comfortable being so disrespectful and yelling on the phone had a customer. There was no supervision of his behavior) and I would need to call back at 10 AM to speak with a manager about the situation. Unfortunately this is the only Walgreens in the area that takes my insurance- if you can avoid it, I would highly recommend it. I never have had an issue with their staff before they’ve been extremely kind and understanding but who ever these new hires are or people I just never had an interaction with they are not acceptable. Never in my life have I been spoken to or treated so poorly. If this is their standard of employee, I will definitely be switching health insurance to no longer need to use this location. Also, how do you run a store without a store manager…… especially when there are prescription drugs being handled. I am considering calling corporate, and making them aware of this because it doesn’t seem right- I don’t want to be “that person” but the way I was spoken to so disrespectfully and combatively was not okay.I also would like to add these medications are for severe PTSD from my husband dying in a horrific accident leaving behind me and our one year old daughter which any TRAINED and intelligent pharmacy tech would have recognized the meds are for severe anxiety. I am now so uncomfortable I will be having my meds picked up by a family member this employer had me shaking and in tears. I was NOTHING but respectful and never yelled or raised my voice back. I hope their phone calls are recorded and he is no longer in a position to interact with the public.* UPDATE I have now been waiting three days for my prescription they have canceled it out three times. My doctor sent in the prescription the first time they said they wouldn’t cover it the second time they said it was out of stock and on back order until November and the third time they canceled it out because they said it wasn’t written perfectly to DEA standards but never mentioned that to my doctor the other two times she wrote the prescription the exact same way they also never notified my doctor of the backorder. They never notified me they never took the time to even care….. the pharmacist I spoke to you last night promised me she would speak to the man who spoke to me the way that he did and promised that somebody from Walgreens would call my doctor first thing in the morning. Do you think they called….nobody called my doctors office as promised so I’ve had to call my doctor four times about a scheduled medication, which does not look good at all for all of us who are on them you understand…… this is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever used in my life and I’ve been chronically ill for over 20 years. Avoid it like the plague if you can. I spoke with the pharmacist last night. It was very kind, pretending to care and promised me they would sort this out and call my doctor first thing in the morning. Don’t trust them. There is no communication between any of them. They’re so short staffed, and the pharmacists are often times floaters.

Never will use this pharmacy again .been filling script since march from same doctor and had no problems then all of a sudden wont fill my script from same doctor and didnt even comtact me to tell me they wouldnt fill it terrible.

The pharmacy clerks at this Walgreens is consistently incapable of decent customer service. They make you feel like you are putting them out to help you. Please get them some training.

Put the wrong dosage for my infant son on his medication, double what the doctor prescribed. This is the worst the walgreens I have ever experienced. That is a dangerous mistake.
