Owner is a grouch. I had received a referral from a family member with a phone number and she did not return my call because it was her cell number! So rather than acknowledge that perhaps my family member made a mistake, she yelled at me. Tax time is stressful, but taking it out on a potential client is not only unprofessional, it’s rude!!

I have used Mary for over 20 years. 1st I used her and my business and then my personal taxes. She has always been a very caring person. She is one of the smartest people I know. In my business any time there was a dispute with IRS she would handle it and always won the dispute. I am retired now and I still use her for my personal taxes. I would recommend her to anyone.
