The transaction turned out to be a bit more than just a simple swap (due to some account changes we discovered needed to be made). Keith Parent and his Manager, Luis Lopez, were absolutely awesome, as well as extremely professional and polite. Their knowledge and service was outstanding. Thanks to them everything worked out perfectly.”

when I say this gentleman Curt didn’t disappoint me at all!!!!!
from the time I walked in until I left that store I walked in with a damaged phone and needed a new one badly
he went above and beyond ! he understands what customer service actually means (even if I didn’t get the phone I would return just for his customer service!!!
He didn’t let me leave that store, until I had everything I needed.
Curt had to call my old phone company and even though they gave him an extremely hard time, he still pressed forward and made sure that didn’t stop what I needed done. Simply amazing I was overwhelmed and frustrated he saw that and made sure I left with my service and everything I needed. Thank you soooo much you made my day”
“I would have given a one star review, but I decided to give a four star review. Only because I dropped equipment off and no one told me it's technically not a drop off location so I got an email shortly after I dropped it off saying I would be charged for the spectrum equipment, because they didn't receive it. I went back up there the next day and was helped by someone else. She gave me a receipt for my equipment to ensure I would not be charged!”
