Brent was amazing! Such a great employee, super helpful, and so nice. He was super patient as well with all our questions! Highly recommend dealing with Brent when coming in.

The store has beautiful items. The staff however one lady in particular so rude . I asked for help with ideas for an exchange gift at work. No assistance. She seemed bothered and any questions I asked was immediately answered with a No ! Her job is to help people. She is doing disservice to the Hallmark brand!! Her co worker did try to help .

Went in today. Wasn’t greeted ( not that big a deal). Looked all around the store and then eventually at the Christmas ornaments. One sales associate was on my right and one by the register. Neither asked if I needed help or anything. They were busy I guess checking off inventory and yelling back to one another. I left without purchasing anything.

I had the most wonderful experience at this store! The staff was incredibly attentive and caring, and didn't pressure me to buy anything. I was going through a roigh moment, and simply wanted to browse to take my mind off things. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and I felt right at home.Walking into Gretchen's Hallmark store at Volusia Mall turned out to be a lifesaver for me. After browsing for a bit, I walked out with two items and signed up for the Hallmark Crown Rewards program. The impact on my day was immediate - my troubles seemed to fade into the background, and I felt a sense of peace that lasted throughout the day.I'm am grateful for the staff at Gretchen's Hallmark for embodying the Hallmark culture, and I'm already looking forward to my next visit.Thank you for such a wonderful experience!
