So I made an appointment with Jolene my first time as a client I’ll make it a short story I have a dark base and I get highlights and I told her I did not want this light bleached blonde so after the process I was a little stunned because I was more of a caramel blonde darker than what I’m used to but it was my fault because I kept saying don’t make it white so I came home and I called her back and I said I’m just not 100% thrilled with the Reds and she was amazing she said that is not a problem easy fix she is great my hair has never looked better as far as the cut it and it feels like silk and not only that she gave me this massage head n neck massage that I haven’t had in years and her attitude about when I called her back was amazing I’m looking forward to having a hairstylist relationship with her she listen to me about my concerns and she said we will fix this I recommend Jolene absolutely she did not take offense whatsoever I wish I had a before and after picture because my only concern was the reds in my hair and she said come back in now and we will fix that easy fix and that made me feel amazing and she said I actually already tweaked your profile to what you like so she’s an awesome stylistService: Hair coloring

I get my hair colored every 2 months or so by Geri, I get exactly what I want despite my hair not being the easiest and my plans involving bright and strange color every time. Definitely recommend!

TRUE PROFESSIONALS AND ARTISTS !! I Moved to the area recently from LA, did not know anyone, planned my wedding, and the previous business that I had chosen to do my bridal hair and makeup cancelled on me the day before the wedding! I had to scramble to reschedule all my arrangements quickly . This salon saved the day !!! My hair color, cut, bridal style and makeup came out so beautiful and perfect !! Joleen is just so amazing!! She's been exclusively styling my hair for the past 2 years. Just had her to help me with a brand new short do to help my hair falling out do to menopause. I have received numerous compliments or how adorable the cut and style is. My confidence has returned and my hair is starting to recover to recover from the shedding process of menopause. I scheduled with Joleen for a root touch up. She matched the color perfectly you can't even tell I went to two different hair dressers. Her hair washing technique was on par. So relaxing and invigorating. I received lots of compliments on my hair being styled straight (I have naturally curly hair). I love sitting in her chair and catching up with her as well. Scheduled an appointment online which is super convenient. I was placed with jolene as my stylist. I got a full highlight. I ended up paying 221$ with tip. For that price my hair should be red carpet ready…. Not at all what I got.While having my hair blow dried after washing out the bleach I could see pieces of my hair breaking off. It literally looked like it was snowing when she was drying my hair. There’s no way she didn’t see it. She mentioned nothing but decided to add some oil to my hair. I figured ok maybe it’s just a few strands that got over processed and it’s no big deal. She then decided to throw in a “free haircut” lol. Basically she was cutting off the damaged from her over bleaching. My hair had not been chemically processed for over 2 years as I was going back to my natural color so it was virgin hair. She finished drying my hair. At the end she told me there was one spot in the back that bled and she would fix it if I wanted her to, I said no it’s in the back it’s ok. I paid and left.The highlight job I inspected when I got home and it wasn’t just one spot where bled. There are four spots that bled over and didn’t look blended at all including one big chunk in the front next to my face. While running my hands through my hair with serum to try and help calm down the frizzy pieces and bleach damaged a chunk of hair that was clearly fried and over processed broke off about 1/2 from the root on my left temple area. I was heart broken as this was what I was trying to avoid. Especially when you pay a professional.I was gonna go back to jolene to have her add a few highlights to balance it out and quickly decided not too in fear of more broken off hair. I instead went to another salon to have an olaplex treatment and have my highlights blended more.My opinion don’t take on a task if you don’t have the skill.Service: Highlights
