Our local UPS drivers are exceptional here in Port Charlotte, FL. Especially SAL!We've never encountered a driver with so much care and professionalism with his job. Sal is a true asset to the UPS corporation! He takes great pride in his delivery service and the customer service to his homeowners. Thank you, Sal for your excellence! We truly appreciate all you do.

Ran over and killed our dog while it was playing with my kids. Driver did not bother to stop. Contacted the location manager and he never called me back. They did not even apologize for killing our dog.

Would give a zero if I could. Still don’t have my package !! Tracking said it sat in port Charlotte for 2 days. Then off the Minneapolis!!! Why ???!!?? So no one can find my package ?!?? Im sure someone is enjoying the item I never got! Can’t wait for the long claim hassle I’ll have to go thru!!! Terrible service !!

Package delivered to incorrect resident, address not even on same street as mine. The house where delivered was destroyed by hurricane Ian and people aren't able to live in it. Luckily owner decided to go over to check on it when he noticed my package. This isn't 1st time this happened. Please have drivers be more careful with deliveries.

I work with UPS on a daily bases through my work and I cannot feel more blessed to have the hub I have!! My driver is awesome and I've really only had one issue (recently) in many years at this home. This one issue I did have, I called call center And they put in a callback request for me. Within a couple of hours (later In the evening) I got the first call from Beth letting me know they were working on my issue. She called me twice that night, once to say "hey were here working on this" and then later to say "hey here's what we're doing to get this fixed". I called back after 10am the next morning as Beth asked me to do, just to confirm all morning shift was up to speed on my issue. I barley had to say my name and they knew the concern and told me what was being done. A few hours later I received my package, no damages with a very nice fill in driver. LASTLY I received a 4th call confirming my order was received!!! Absolutely unbeatable customer service. This was my 17 year old son's first BIG purchase on his own through working hard at his job. It was a new iPhone that was very expensive and was pretty much missing for 36 hours. I cannot be more thankful and you 3 ladies made my son's MONTH! THANK YOU AGAIN ? ?

Why is it so hard to get the correct shipping information from UPS Customer (Non) Service. They assign a case number for followup and you are told you will get a call within the hour, still waiting 1 1/2 hrs no call. They want provide a number to the UPS Customer Center 4186 Kings Hwy, Port Charlotte FL 33980, only give you the main UPS Customer Service number and when called get a different answer every time what's going on.

Had a problem with an incorrect address on a package. Went to the UPS terminal and they quickly resolved the problem.
