I needed to send something today for delivery Tuesday. I had gone to a different "UPS Service Location" and left very frustrated and decided to go here on the way home. AMAZING! Not only was the staff/service top notch but we got a little dancing in while we did our work. (And I REALLY Needed That!) Oh and on a side note - the place was spotless! THANKS FOR TAKING CARE OF US!

Super clean, and staff is pleasant and happy to help. Open on a Sunday. Which I didn’t know that would be so important to me. Glad I stopped by. They even wanted to help with filling my out my paperwork. I openly admitted my handwriting is poor.

Front staff is far from professional I called in in regards to a lost mortgage payment sent by you guys and asked for help was told I’m to busy for this and was hung up on. Then called back four days later because was told false info and still trying to reach the owner or someone in charge and still give attitude and disrespect best thing for this place would be to find two front staff who are knowledgeable and polite, or close it in general. They need to stay far from customer service

Poor service, no smile, no courtesy. Company gives AAA discount, and 10 days into the new year, I didn't have my updated card yet, and associate couldn't see past the expiration date.

Needed a notary for a mortgage mail away. Bill took care of us and everything went nice and smooth. I would definitely recommend that UPS store as Bill and his staff are professional, courteous, and helpful. I want to give a big thank you to Bill from one Veteran to another.
