The employee's at Shell on peachland in Port Charlotte are always polite and helpful. And expedient. They are quick to greet you as you walk in the door. The convenience store itself is way overpriced on most items. Fountain drinks are an excellent value with a nice array of choices. The Duncan doughnuts and pizza place inside the shell are always on top of their game.

Great place for a slice and much more in the way of beverages and snacks. A large slice of Meat lovers Pizza is $2.99. You can also choose from strombolis, calzones and cannolis, all baked inhouse. Staff is very friendly. There is also Dunkin for lattes and a small eating area inside. I enjoyed myself and would come back for a second slice!

Pickn’Run/ Daybreak Shell has been serving the community for a long time. Not only is it an interesting styled place, with an Italian-style deli, a pizzeria, and a Dunkin Doughnuts inside, but it’s gas prices are competitive with the newer stations around it. I’ve been going here for years and still do to this day.

On multiple locations. I have had random charges on my bank card from this gas station in excess of a $100 in the middle of the night when the gas station is closed. And now this morning by wife wakes up to her cash. App a $113 in the negative. And get to looking at the transaction history and it shows another one that was canceled on the 27th at 2:30 in the morning. So either they have a shady enrollee stealing people's Card info and using it at their leisure. Or somebody has a card skimmer planet there My advice if you go to this gas station use cash. My wife called this morning to speak to a manager. They said a manager would call her back. She waited and waited finally decided to call back herself. Now the numbers not work as if they blocked her phone number. This gas station needs to be investigated by Charlotte county sheriff's department

Deceptive and Inaccurate Pricing - plus extremely rude cashier. Sign on cooler says 3 Red Bulls $6 - I brought them to the register and they rang up as $7+. I told the cashier the sign says $6 and she replied that's not the price. Very rude.

Went up to where the bakery was stood there for a couple mins a young man came up and asked what I wanted. I pointed to a Stromboli and said I wanted it. He snatched it off the rack aggressively and didn't say anything. I assumed he was getting it for me so I waited. I then saw him in the back on his phone. So I went and grabbed a drink while I waited. I stood there for another while longer and nothing. I stood in line for about another 5 mins and still nothing. Went outside finished fueling my truck came back and still nothing. I would of appreciated if I was told it would be a couple mins or some kind of communication but nothing. Will not go here again. Horrible customer service!!

7/29/22I live by this gas station and let me tell you, don’t even bother coming to this gas station if you see an older white haired, short white woman working behind the counter. This is the 4th occasion I have came inside and have heard nothing but disrespect and disgusting behavior from her. I simply asked if they had an envelope today I could buy from her or if she had a heart, she could’ve gave me. She replied asking why of course to which I said I needed something to collect my rent money in since I just used mine this morning, the truth. She gave me the nastiest look and replied in a rude tone snarking “ does it look like we pay rent? Do you think we collect rent or something..”. I’m sorry but this women needs to be fired. The poor man in front of me stormed off angrily too because she refused to give him change for the larger bills he had, snapping at him by saying “do I look like a bank”. This women is atrocious and if you come to this gas station regularly you know who this is. Will no longer be having my service until she is fired and will be sharing. One time I understand but 4 separate occasions of complete unprofessionalism should result in consequences. Will be contacting corporate. Tell that woman to go to therapy.
